He sent me back a quote that did not match what I currently had with a different company. He called me back to ask what I thought and boast he got me lower than the current insurance policies I have today. 1. It was not the same policy, he raised my deductible to $1000 from $99 comp $249 collision. This can vary your policy cost greatly. The home owners was still $500-600/year higher. On the return call to check up, I told him that he did not beat where I was at on either and the variables we different and did not beat the current policies. He did not do what he said he would do. On that comment he just hung up, with no comment. I called back and asked if we got disconnected and he remark was quick, no I hung and you are a special person. Then hung up again. I would said this will be the service you get from this company/agency, not get you want you asked for and when you raised a question they hang up because all their customers are "special people".
