I was namely interested in the fact that they carry work by A.J. Casson which we lost in the fire. Once I asked for prices on replacing frames and that i needed the information for insurance purposes, I was told "I'm too busy". So I said I have one more question and was told "I'm busy" and he proceeded to look at his phone and appeared to be texting. So I persisted and said that I was interested in Casson specifically because I had lost a whole collection of Casson's work and the reply was "I don't know what it's worth, you'll have to go on line and find it" and he just carried on with his phone and ignored me. I have several pieces which were damaged in the fire and are in need of re-framing but I didn't dare mention that because I knew the answer,"I'm too busy". I have no idea why she wouldn't let me buy the thing, and just risk returning it, which is what I wanted to do. Apparently, they don't want to take my money. So then I came back, I was right about the dimensions all along, but now they didn't have the size I needed anymore. An employee asked to help, i said "NO". Also, they don't give discounts to people who work at the mall, which some places do, so at this point I gave up. I won't come here in the future.
