They cut corners every chance they get including charging out the ass insurance companies when they don't do work up to city code, and work without the proper permits. I went down stairs to do laundry tonight, and my entire laundry room was flooded. I recently had a…read moreprocedure on my foot and can't get my feet wet, so I started calling plumbers immediately. They were the only ones who could come out after midnight. The two men who came out were considerate, they didn't want to open one of my window screens for the pump because of how the window was installed, so they brought the pump downstairs. It did take them about two hours to come out, but given how late it was I understand that. By the time they got here the flooding had reached beyond the door frame to the laundry room. They unclogged the drain, and said there was a black mystery sludge in it that they haven't seen before, which isn't super reassuring, but it's working now. They did not help get rid of the standing water in the basement and told me to squeegee it to the drain, which I can't do because of my foot, so I'll have to find a friend to help me in the morning. All and all I'm happy. We paid in full and the invoice only shows their mileage, which is weird, it also is prompting me to pay again. On top of that the date is like 1,080 years in the future which is weird. I do wish they could have helped dry out the basement but I get why they didn't, and I wish I could have got a corrected invoice but they said they'd have their office lady call me in the morning about it, so I guess we will see how that goes and if I need to update the review

After 6 months of living in the home, the mold returned with a vengeance. I had my home tested by another company and results came back with high levels of claudisporium and aspergillus. Results were from the same Arizona lab. Mold Busters came by a week later to test, and wouldn't you know it, their results were different showing low to no traces of mold or growth. ?? Confirmation bias, or cya I'm unsure of their true motive. I have since confirmed mold with additional testing (and personally saw it and photographed it). I also saw the method they used to "track" any mold growth... pretty laughable. Long story short, I seriously question this company's sampling/testing process. Also, I recommend anyone looking at mold remediation should look elsewhere. Just fogging an area and doing nothing to remove the spores is less than half the battle. For them doing about 10% of the work it took to eliminate my mold problem, notice the 1/5 stars.
