Desperate to get my pups more calm and my neighbors more sleep, I contacted Michelle to see if she could come by to walk my babies each day until I came back, which was a huge ask since she didn't meet my dogs or meet me! However, she was so flexible and made it happen. I have one pup that Is SOOO scared of people and won't walk even when other people try to walk her so I was nervous she wasn't gonna walk (or that she would bite Michelle for trying to put on her harness). But Michelle was so professional and spent extra time calming them to get them out on their walk. By the second day, my doggies knew Michelle and allowed her to walk them. On top of that, I kinda messed up a couple times with scheduling and Michelle was really patient and understanding with me .
