I ended up going to the Eglinton location for follow-ups a few times and was also sent for blood work and ultrasound. Staff at both walk-ins were caring, punctual and professional. The Doctor was very thorough and left no stone unturned to make sure what could have been a serious problem, wasn't. Very importantly, what would have taken weeks at my family doctor or another walk-in I used to go to, was resolved in a matter of days. I highly recommend this and the Davisville Watson walk-ins.

It is easy to get to by public transportation or by car. Decor Watson Medical Clinic is a new clinic and the decor was very nice and modern. Service I found the doctor to be very brusque and not very friendly. He was not very friendly. Tips Watson Medical Clinic is opened 7 days a week which is great. If you go to their website, there is a wait time timer that shows how long it will take to see a doctor.

This clinic is very modern, and they allow you to make an appointment (though the clinic was…read morepractically empty). However the doctor lacked basic skill and the bedside manor was nonexistent. I saw Dr. Antoinette Mikhail to have 6 stitches removed from my back. After several minutes of scrounging to find scissors and tweezers she instructed me to take my shirt off with the door open. She then began digging at my back at which point she remarked, "these scissors are very dull, they are making this difficult." Didn't I know, it was my flesh she was picking at. She got up and left the room without explanation leaving me sat there in my bra with the door open, and returned with a more appropriate looking set of tools. She then proceeded to use a dental pick type tool to dig 2 "half stitches" out of my back, swabbed me with alcohol and sent me on my way. This was 4 days ago, I have since removed 3 half stitches myself and am quite certain there is a 4th still under my skin. I would not recommend this clinic for much more than a flu diagnosis. FInding a family doctor is hard, so when I moved downtown 10 years ago, I discovered that I couldn't find a family doctor, but I could be assigned to a Nurse Practitioner at WCH Family Practice. For those reluctant to opt for a Nurse Practitioner, I can tell you from my experience, it is better than a family doctor. Anything they can handle on their own is done quickly because you can see them sooner than the overbooked doctors, and when there is something they can't handle, it is referred to a doctor in the clinic or a specialist, so it is the best of both worlds. My Nurse practitioner retired last year and I ended up becoming a patient of one of the doctors in the clinic, and while she is a great doctor, WCH is a teaching hospital, so she is only in the clinic twice a week, so appointments are hard to get. However, WCH family practice offers urgent care appointments in the evenings, so if a doctor can't see you that day, you can see one in the evening, instead of going to a walk in clinic or emergency. The clinic is very accessible, something I appreciated after my knee surgery.
