The workers missed some shrubs to cut/pull. I sent the owner/manager? (RJ?) photos of what they missed (7/24). He was responsive and apologetic. Sent the guys back out. He said he sent them the pictures. They came out and got some of those done! (7/28) I sent pics again if what was left. This time I sent a check. He said they'd come out. They did. However, again they left the last two. (7/30) I noticed the two little ones by house left. It was Sunday but wanted to send while I remembered, not expecting a response until the work week. No response. And that's how they went from 5-stars to 3-stars.

DO NOT hire them to do CONCRETE work. They replaced my 25…read moreyear old concrete last July[2025]. The only thing wrong with old concrete was it was heaving in one place. There was no pock marks in old concrete due to salt. Now the entire part of concrete bordering the street is covered with salt damage AFTER ONE SEASON! $10,000 IS WHAT HE CHARGED. There is another narrow Crack measuring over 10 feet. I noticed that in January 2026. Showed the owner.....he blamed it on the low temperature. (Nothing was ever his fault!) He did FINALLY admit that the concrete was lower quality now. He refused to make it right and said I was being MEAN to him. CAN YOU IMAGINE??? I AM STUCK WITH THIS and am heartsick that I hired them. The salt damage will worsen every year and concrete will deteriorate more. Im an 80 year old widow living on SS. Shame on him. What goes around comes around!!

Last time I was there at the end of the summer I noticed that the trees needed to be trimmed back before the seasons change again. The neighbors also let there tree over grow in to the backyard of the family home. I so glad I was able to find C+A landscaping. They were able to come out and do a video call to show me everything they were going to do (I was already back in CA). They kept in contact with me about everything. My grandma and aunt were super pleased with what they did. My aunt and I will be calling them back when we defrost from winter to have some other landscaping tasks done. Thank you again. Why would I accuse your company of this when I used you for many years. I think what happened was the machine was throwing too many pellets. I would never have cancelled your services if your company would have called me to come up with a solution. You guys took care of my yard for several years prior to this. As far as why did I wait so long to post pictures now, I deleted these pictures and they just happened to show up in my facebook post that were previously posted by me. So that's why I posted later. I actually sent several emails and pictures to your company with no response. I'm not a person to complain or am I vindictive. This definitely was caused by enormous amounts of pellets thrown in my yard. You could see large piles. I have no reason to post something that's not true. My yard was beautiful and this just doesn't happen for no reason! After months to repair this and having a new company, my yard is beautiful and well taken care of. You can say all you want that I never called your company is a lie. You can never get a person to speak to. I know 100% your company caused this. I use another company now and my yard is beautiful. The amount of pellets that were dumped killed my grass in all those areas! You can deny it all you want. I know why this happened. This was my whole yard on the south side of my house. Would use your company again! You don't know what happened for your company never responded to my calls or emails. Why wouldn't I have contacted your company? I did and I know that I did! I posted on yelp years ago and you all never commented until I just posted these pictures that had just popped up! No reason for me to have cancelled your services that I used for years!
