These folks used to be the best on Cedar Creek Lake. But no more! They have screwed over an 83 yr old freind of my mine. Her pool looks like a habitat for misquitos. She was told she needed a $500 repair. She prepaid the $500 3 weeks a go. No one has showed up. As a matter of fact no one has showed up fo 90 days. She had Walkers for 10 years prior to this. WTF. They have no problem stopping at our neighbors house, but can't find our driveway. I can only believe they have become a criminal organization ripping off old ladies. Hope I am wrong. Show me to be wrong. As of now I believe they are thieves. read more

We were babysitting our 3 grandchildren for the weekend so they had a blast checking out the pond display and yard decor inside. The pond display has a few fish but the highlight was watching the turtle! We went outside and saw all the baby fish in the tanks and lots of pond and bog plants to choose from. We saw Sid who was working outside and we had a few questions for him. Sid was great! He was very helpful and kind, answered all of our questions and even offered up some suggestions! After we chose the plant we wanted, he carefully wrapped it up for the trip home. He made sure to tell us how to fertilize the plant and we bought some tablets to use in the future. We had a great experience!

They come weekly to clean and maintain our in-ground pool maintain, as well as re-balance our chemicals. If the technician has any additional recommendations to help us keep our pool in tiptop shape, we have a conversation about the best way to implement those suggestions. We are very pleased.

Highly Recommended!…read more This one is early (4th time) but I have no doubt I'll have the same superior service I've had the past 3 times! I called yesterday (Saturday) and explained my situation and got an appointment for Monday. This company and its name is a perfect fit! Thank you again, Curtis, guys and the entire A-Solution Plumbing for your excellent service as well as the respect and kindness you give your customers. This is the 3rd time I've used A-Solution Plumbing. I recently had the pleasure of working with them again today after my first time many years ago when they replaced pipes in my backyard and I still couldn't be more impressed by their service. From the moment I called to schedule an appointment, their customer service was friendly and efficient. They quickly assessed my plumbing issue over the phone and sent technicians the next day. The technicians, Martin and Brandon arrived on time, were very professional, and took the time to explain the problem clearly. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home, ensuring everything was cleaned up afterward. The pricing was transparent and fair, with no hidden fees. What really stood out to me was their attention to detail and commitment to making sure the job was done right. I've had issues with other plumbing companies in the past, but this experience was a game-changer. If you're looking for reliable, trustworthy, and professional plumbing services, I highly recommend A-Solution Plumbing! Forever customer, Tamara Kincy
