Great haircuts, good atmosphere, they hand you a beer when you walk in, Rob is dry and sarcastic, if he asks you if you came for a haircut just tell him some BS like you came for the view or the yoga class. I have about 4 or 5 of my license plates on the wall and more beer caps than I can remember. All my friend go there now too, one rides up from Eugene even. They also use a straight razor to clean up the edges and offer a shampoo, Rob only does the shampoo if your gay otherwise one of the girls do it. I am not much of a smoker but I bought a pipe and supplies there and a few cigars. Been happy with everything but I don't know much. Massages are offered at a discount with a haircut but I have never had one. I am putting this up here today because I have tried to get a few haircuts in Corvallis and am always unsatisfied so I thought I would put a plug in here for Handsome Devil as they are my favorite. They don't do cheap haircuts either, so expect about $20 or so, there is a beauty school down the street if you want a 6 dollar whack job.
