With that said, the first thing I want to mention is how INCREDIBLY close this location is to Fort Rucker! It is such a short drive from the Faulkner gate! Second of all, Carol's prices are more than reasonable. It was $40 (not including tip) for a full grooming service on my mini poodle! Last, Carol's responsiveness and punctuality was amazing. Although I was scheduled for 12pm appointment, she called me as soon as she had a cancelation available at an earlier time. It was really thoughtful. Beyond that, it only took her 45 min to groom my boy! This was AWESOME compared to other places that require you to leave your pup for a few hours at a time, due to the queue of other dogs they have waiting. Overall, this was a great experience and it will keep me coming back for sure! She did such a great job on grooming my boy, he came out looking so so beautiful!

One of his fur babies (cat) was mauled Monday morning by 2 dogs and had to be put down yesterday. I drove up to meet him, I am about 2 hours or so away, and all of the staff were very kind to me as well as my Uncle. He uses AAC for all of his fur babies, and despite the grim nature of our visit there, everyone treated him with respect and kindness. Thank you all so very much for showing love and compassion to my Uncle in his time of need.
