I followed up the next day asking about the quote and I haven't heard anything else. No phone call, no text, no nothing. Not a great way to run a business. I wouldn't recommend them. Their rep delayed until Tuesday 14 August, again delayed until Wednesday 15 August, and yet again until Thursday 16 August. And yes, their rep again ducked the meeting. They failed to show up. Why they not own up to their mistakes? We will not go away. Do they really want us to have to resort to further action to resolve this?

When I was ready to do a good overhaul, someone told me to call James House Paving. And he warned me - "this guy is busy, but he is good people to work with." I think he was absolutely right. James and his crew were well organized and highly professional on my little strip of driveway - they brought in enough equipment to do an exit-ramp on I-95!
