With the uniqueness of the diamond I wanted, my fiancee met with Mr. Hannon 9 different times to look at different diamonds. Mr. Hannon took the time to scope out and order several diamonds for my fiancee to look at each meeting. He continued to hone in with each visit what my fiancee wanted out of the diamond, and he never complained or got frustrated by how much work was asked of him because he values sentimentality. Mr. Hannon is a man who goes above and beyond for engagement rings because he KNOWS how important they are. To him, it's not just a piece of jewelry, it's a symbol of love and devotion. He recognizes each ring is like each love story, unique and deserving of time, effort, and respect. He worked SO hard to make sure this ring is everything I wanted and more, and I am so grateful he, and my fiancee, gave me such a unique yet simple piece of jewelry that I can wear and cherish every day. We went back to Mr. Hannon for our wedding bands, and he spent the time explaining small intricacies of bands that we didn't even think of (gold type, curved edge versus sharp edge, band thickness and depth, shiny or textured, etc.). He guided us through all of our decisions, letting us know the pros and cons of each option presented, but never trying to sway us a certain way. He sold us the wedding bands at market price, and provided insurance and free cleanings. He engraves in house with several font options. Overall, he made our engagement and wedding band shopping experiences exciting, cultivating a kind and caring environment, never pushing us towards more expensive options, and putting hours in to accommodate our wishes within our budget. Paola was awesome in helping me pick out the perfect setting for my engagement setting. I dont always pick the right thing for me and eventually I am not satisfied. She was very easy to work with and listened to what I liked. She was able to get them to modify the 4 prong setting to a 6 prong setting for the item I selected. Everything was NO PROBLEM. I have used them for repair also. They are thorough and timely! Paola is the BEST!!!! I feel very safe with leaving my items and there is a JPSO deptuy on site as well. I love my new ring!!! THANKS

We went to this Kay's location today to upgrade my grand daughter diamond earrings. We walked in ,…read morethe sales staff were in the back of the store and it took them five minutes to come out to the jewelry case that we were looking at. The African American sales person finally come out to greet us. We found a pair of 1/2 ct princess cut that we liked and were 849.00 So she immediately got on her phone with Skype face timing with her manager about pricing and trade in value of the earrings that we were trading in. So her figures were 299.00 trade in and 139.00 for warranty plus tax and total was 696.00. Then I asked about 1/3 ct princess cut and she said that I couldn't trade in my granddaughters earrings on those because they weren't at least 600.00 on price. So I said , you can't give me less on trade. She got attitude and said no that was company policy and it couldn't be done and I let her know that , it was done before for me at Mall Of La Kay Jewelers. And she got all rude and huffy , so I got my granddaughters earrings and left and went straight to Mall of La store. At the Mall of Louisiana store, I got the 1/2 ct princess diamond earrings regular 849.00 with 100.00 off for sale , 353.00 off for trade and total 435.00 with tax and without the warranty. So don't waste your time going to the Kay's at Juban Crossing in Denham Springs , Louisiana. They are rude there and will rip you off. Go to the Mall Of Louisiana Kay's where they are friendly and will not screw you around on pricing

Chromas shopping on a Saturday afternoon. Absolute calamity! But the store was as need and stocked…read moreas you would expect on a Monday afternoon. The line was soooooo long. We were in line maybe 15 minutes. They had a great system to move the line along quickly and efficiently. I appreciate the staff that didn't seem burned out (at least not yet)...and that comes down to great management. Proper staffing during the busiest time of the year, solves so many problems.
