Without a way to test it, the employee on duty at the time and myself agreed that if there was an issue, it could be returned if returned promptly. One of the keys was dead, so an attempt at a return was made today 6/17/20. This was met with aggression and a "not our problem" attitude. Mr. Reggie went so far as to as accuse me of breaking the equipment and calling me a liar. Now, I'm out $75 and Xotic Pawn is out of a customer.
