Beware of ordering parts from this business. They pawned off a damaged and reworked part and was charged as a new part price. Very shady.

Waited 5 hours and 15 minutes for an oil change. when I demanded my car back I was told by the service manager that I was rude. well he returned my car with no service conducted. He was the one that was rude, unprofessional, and unapologetic. I purchased 3 Hondas from Walker Honda. I will never again do any business with this poorly organized unprofessional car dealership. My advice is to stay clear or they will definitely make you regret your purchase. read more

I am a first time customer at Walker Honda. I was honestly just shopping around for a bigger truck than what I currently owned. I received a pre screen offer in the mail to go check them out so I decided to. I will be forever grateful that I did! Not only did they get me in a truck that was bigger, they were able to get me a much nicer one than I had originally planned to get. On top of that, my credit was pretty rough, however, they took the time to work with me as well as with other lenders to ensure I was going to be taken care of. I honestly thought it was a lost cause due to my credit, but the crew here went above and beyond to take care of me. I am thoroughly impressed and am eternally grateful for everything that they all did for me. KD I believe was the young man who sold me the truck. I had a recall appointment at 9 (for a 40 minute fix per the service department), and I'm still sitting here over 3 hours later while I've watched customer after customer come in after me and leave. I have a feeling that because I don't have to pay for the issue they're doing everyone else first. So, I recommend you find a better Honda dealer to go to. read more

My friend once asked me what my dream car was, I said one I don't have to pay for, maintain or drive. But I needed a new car but didn't want to pay new car prices. My husband and I looked for a month before meeting John Frost at Walker Honda. We got a 2015 used car and it is very sweet. I feel like we were treated well by everyone at Walker Honda, we got a fair price and it was a great experience. John however was just excellent, I've been in customer service for 30 years and I am PICKY on how I expect to be treated. John was the only salesperson we spoke to who followed up with us, his was not a hard sell, but I felt he was eager to help. We had a very minor issue with the key a week after we bought the car, John went out of his way to make sure the issue was fixed. I purchased a certified Honda over 6 moths ago. Melvin flanagan is a true picture of used car salesman. I have been pleased with the car but after the sale is a joke. He gave us a we owe paper because it was so busy. They needed to wash car put gas in it and promised floor mats. I never received floor mats. I did bring the car in for gas and washed it but when I picked it up From melvin Flanagan he was pulling up from getting gas and he left a pipe and 2 pills and car smelled like pot. read more

Was supposed to be getting a free oil change. Called and scheduled an appointment. My mother-in-law took the vehicle in. When they were done they told her the total was $22 for the tire rotation. We never scheduled for a tire rotation and she had no money on her. Luckily we had some cash in the van. I thought it was nice of them to offer the first oil change for free but now I see the whole thing was shady. If I would have been there, I wouldn't have paid. I purchased a 2018 Honda Accord in October. Less than a week ago, my air conditioner stopped blowing cold. I brought my car into the service department, and after leaving it there ALL DAY (my appointment was at 9), I was informed that they THOUGHT a rock "pierced" the condenser in my car. Honda considered this essentially an "act of God", and would not cover it under warranty. The car is less than a year old and has 17,000 miles. The service center then proceeded to quote me almost $1500 to change the part, which is absolutely ridiculous when it takes less than 2 hours to change said part. Needless to say, I brought my car to a local and trustworthy mechanic and got it fixed for half the price. All in all, Honda's warranty is lacking terribly and the entire situation could've been handled better by Walker themselves. I was given no proof and no further details on my warranty supporting this claim. I will not be buying a Honda in the future, and will not be returning to walker to service my car. read more

This is directed at the service department, not the sales department. I called the service department prior to bringing in my vehicle for a manufacturers airbag recall and was told that the repairs would take an hour. Upon arriving to Walker Honda I asked again how long I could expect the repair to take. Once again, I was told "we have the parts on hand, it will not take more than an hour." 3 1/2 hours later I am still sitting in their waiting room, and the representatives seemed to get irritated when I asked them how much longer is the repair going to take; but they hesitantly replied with "not more than an hour".......I think I have heard that before. read more

Started off brining my 2012 Honda Civic coupe in for services, and left with a 2013 CRV well within my budget! Everything is clear cut, no shady business, all prices and numbers are upfront and honest. Our salesperson (Danny Higdon, A+!) was super polite and worked with us for almost 4 hours, (and we weren't even 100% on buying!) There's no stress to purchase, at all. They're willing to bend over backwards to get you in the car you want and need. Everyone is welcoming and remember you every time. Had a tire replaced. It cost over $500 and took week to get the rim. Then after they put it on the tire went flat the NEXT DAY. I had to get a third party to come out and repair it because Walker doesn't travel to make repairs. So that meant I had to pay twice for the same repair. Then I had to take the rim back to get it looked at again. The repairman tried to blame me for the tire going flat asking me if I hit something. I don't know what game they are playing but the service people there are dodgy. Really unhappy with the quality of service. read more
