I went to this place on a prayer. Walker Honda told me I didn't need brakes without even looking at my car. They changed my oil two months prior to that so I guess they went by the health of my car then. I went to a precision tune. I didn't even have an appointment they took me and I paid $449 for my Services but it was well worth it. They finished my car in less time it would've taken me at Walker. They were very courteous and empathetic to everything that was going on. They treated me like family and that's exactly what this community needs. Horrible service. I brought my truck in for A/C repair and left having to pay someone else another $200 to fix what they had broken. They lied about breaking the line in my condenser and refused to finish the job. They also wanted full payment. read more

i don't know why I'm seeing reviews that say fast on them i needed my brake pads to be looked at. I got here a 9:05 am and waited until 2:15pm they never told me it was going take this long otherwise I could have found someone to come pick me up. I got here before several others and they finished with them before they got to me. But it doesn't matter I won't be coming here no more. But I wish them luck cuz they sure need it read more

Not many shops in this area work on Audis, they took on the task. On time and lower than others by 15 percent. They even tried to change a sensor for free and even after much double, still no charge. Great group will get all my work! read more

The oil change here is around $19.00, but there is a discount for students with their ID...$3.00 cheaper. This place has extremely fast service and the prices are MUCH Cheaper than every car center in town...including Jiffy Lube. While you're sitting in the small seating lobby...You will be out of here in about 15 minutes...Great Deal!!! read more

Great place and fairly quick service. My ABS light was staying on and I had no ideal which one was bad but the Tech figured it out pretty quick and told me exactly how much it would be to fix it. after I agreed to that and they had it replaced in like 15 minutes I was paying and leaving. will use them again in the future as needed. read more

They located right next to jiffy lube, my biggest mistake was to not stop by this location before and ask for oil change prices (i could have saved $40). They offer great customer service and quick service too. Prices are fair, will be coming back! read more

Our family of four was passing through on our way home to Illinois and our Honda Odyssey wouldn't start. We had it towed to Precision on a recommendation. They worked for over 8 hours over two days to figure out the problem. They tried so many different things and never gave up on trying to get us back on the road. At one point we thought we might even have to buy a new car. In the end they got it fixed and got us safely back on the road and charged us a very fair price for the work done. Let's start off saying I left a voice mail message asking for a call back. Oh my got a call this morning from one of the most friendly guys it was awesome he explained prices for what my need was for. So I sent my nephew to the shop and they staff was amazing fixed my air explained what the problem was to my nephew. And placed it on the sheet for me to see. The cost was so fair and reasonable. Since moving back to Louisiana I didn't know who I could trust to do work on my car. And most of all the receipt has "GOD BLESS YOU"..made my day a customer for life!!! read more
