Their financial policy doesn't state this. They don't explain this. They collect a copay business as usual at check-in, and then send separate bills to your insurance, and later mail you bills for the additional copays. They'll blame it on your insurance company, but your insurance company is just processing it how they bill and code it. Currently appealing, as this seems very wrong and unethical. We've had the same insurance plan for years and have utilized it for numerous other specialists who never charge more than one copay no matter how many staff members pop in to consult with us.

He even has flatscreen tvs in his exam rooms that play videos to explain various conditions in laymans terms. Years ago, I developed polyps on my vocal cords and had laryngitis for well over a month. He performed outpatient surgery on me at Memorial Hospital and the procedure went very smoothly. He's an excellent surgeon. My follow-up care after the surgery was excellent. I suffer from severe acid reflux (which is what caused the polyps) and I still continue to see him every now and then just to make sure the condition isn't flaring up and the prescription medication is continuing to take care of the problem. His office staff is wonderful. They are all friendly and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Greene if you are in need of and ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat)!

Anyway.... I have been going to Jax ENT and seeing Dr. Charles Greene since 2003.... that's 14 years, people (at least at the time of this review). I would say I have a pretty good opinion about the office, the staff, and Dr. Greene. There are several offices in town. Way back in 2003, I saw Dr. Greene at the office in Arlington. Since then, I have seen him at his office on University. Most recently (about 2 months ago), I saw him at this particular office.... Lake Mead. At all three offices I have been, the staff have all been wonderful and friendly. Smiling and eager to assist. At all three offices, I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes in the reception area before I was taken back and I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes to see Dr. Greene once in the patient room. That's also pushing it..... Usually it's less than 5 minutes once I am in the patient room before Dr. Greene comes in with his warm smile and handshake. I'm not going to go into how absolutely wonderful Dr. Greene is because he has his own page on Yelp and I wrote a review there about him quite some time ago.
