To make matters worse after speaking with a pharmacist who agreed to investigate the incident there was never any follow-up or resolution. On a seperate occasion a physician's call was not entered in the system and the physician had to call in the same prescription a second time a week later. The staff at the front desk are discourteous and while I understand the wait time is not in their control, the least they could do is apologize and provide accurate information.
