Pharmacy has friendly and helpful employees. They even bend overboard in contacting doctors.

I went in to get decongestant and toothache medicine. I could not find the toothache medicine. I looked all around the pharmacy area I couldn't find it. So I asked the girl at the pharmacy counter but she didn't have any idea. She was even more confused than I was, and she didn't even try to help me so I just put down the decongestant and paid for a very over priced toy and left! Will not bother to go back I can go to Walmart next time!!! read more

This was my pharmacy while I was working as a nurse for an over-night summer camp at "Knob Knoster State Park". For the most part they had all that I needed during my time at the camp. I only had to leave camp Once to come here and I got what I needed! Honestly, I give all of the three starts to the kindness of the "store" staff! They were super nice and helpful! They were clearly going out Of their way to be helpful and sincerely nice people! If I am back in Warrensburg, MO ever; I would come here for sure:)! read more

Dylan R should not be working a job where he interacts with customers. Came in at 9pm tonight, took no time grabbing what I needed and headed to the front. I waited for about five minutes and I saw no one in the store, I started walking around looking for someone for about another 5 minutes. Finally I just started loudly saying "hello? Does anyone work here?" After saying that a few times, finally a man walked out from a door beside the photo counter. He looked irritated as soon as he walked out. He said "oh are you ready to check out?" While walking to the counter I responded by saying "oh yes, I've been waiting for about 10 minutes for someone. I looked around everyone for someone." This is where I was really blown away by the customer service. This guy looked at me with an irritated look and said "im not dealing with your bull shit today". The entire interaction he was so hostile and after I was finally able to pay for my things, he threw the receipt and box at me and said "get out asshole". So your staff is going to cuss at me and say they don't have time for their customers just because they informed him that they have been looking for someone to check them out for 10 minutes? I asked him what he was doing back there that he wasn't watching the store and his response was "I was doing my job" which of course he said with the worst attitude. I'm sorry but your job is to assist customers. Without them you don't have a business. I don't appreciate the rude service and being cussed at just for trying to buy meds for my sick partner. The workers name was Dylan R and he claimed to be a manager. I work customer service and if I ever acted like a customer was inconveniencing me or cussed at a customer I would be out a job. This is awful since I normally get nice service here. read more

Large, well-stocked, friendly staff. The pharmacy can get a little crazy, especially during one of those weeks when a bug is going around & everyone comes in at four-thirty to fill a prescription, but they are unfailingly cheerful & usually pretty accurate when they tell you your wait time. read more

Walgreens always has what I need! Just milk tonight. Fresh and at a decent price ! I love that it is open all night!!!!

Terrible. Pharmacy is full of idiots that cannot perform their job. They pratically stole from us by not giving us the correct perscription and then charging us a co-pay that doesn't exist. Ended up going over their heads by calling Express Scripts, found out what was going on, and Walgreens STILL denied us the correct script and said they wouldn't refund the incorrect co-pay. read more
