They should update their hours - we drove an awfully far way to get there so it was a bummer to see 3 staff members walking out closing doors saying no more customers. I'm not sure if we will ever find reason to go back there since we were out of place visiting a family member in the area. Seems like a really cute shop - probably a great local spot and unfortunately just a weird fluke experience. The employees were really friendly about it but it was just a bummer. If they want NEW business I think updating hours online would be beneficial.

The reason for my rating is thus. We bought 5 items and after they were rung up she took our debit card and told us there was a 4% charge which ended up almost $8.00 ! This is ridiculous. Firstly there are many options out there for businesses that are WAY LESS costly and secondly the business or the vendor should be the responsible party ..... not the customer! If I sell online it's my responsiblity to pay any charges and when I have a booth at another mall nearby it is also my responsibility to cover the fees. But both are nominal next to what this mall is charging customers. They better find out fast how to fix this as buyers are not going to want to pay these exhorbanant fees for giving them there business.

Year round fireworks! Pyro City is open nearly every day of the entire year. They don't just help…read moreyou celebrate Independence Day and New Years. They help you celebrate all the other holidays as well. Need to celebrate your Arbor Day right? They sell golden showers, sparklers, any size of bottle rocket you could need, flaming chickens, Black Cats, M-80s, Angry Bees, blooming flowers, UFOs, mortar shells, etc. I came here with my brother, and we got an assortment of all the fireworks he could carry, many looking wildly dangerous, with some strangely named after Civil War battles. My brother is a huge firework pyromaniac, and it was like taking a kid to the candy store. He couldn't wait to start blowing things up. However, the local cops aren't cool with you shooting them off where ever, especially in dry season. They don't care if it's Arbor Day or not. The cops may have been right, and my brother may have possibly ended up starting a prairie grass fire, and may have burned down a couple of trees on Arbor Day. We ended up getting chased out of both Missouri and Kansas by the cops with all the fireworks we got here. That's not Pyro City's fault. At least we didn't get any tickets from the authorities for blowing up so much stuff, and nobody got hurt. Thanks Pyro City! You helped out these pyros. The service was friendly and they always were trying to upsell us on our purchases. Tell 'em what you like, and they'll show off the latest in pyrotechnical advances. I appreciate the fact that the staff seems to have a firsthand knowledge in what the fireworks do. God Bless America! Fire! Fire! Fire! Booooooom! Crackle!!!

I can have your laptop ready by Monday and I'll order new screen for phone should take a day or two to get here. Monday comes around no answer. The computer moves much faster so I'm grateful he was able to repair it. As for phone.....He stated that screen should come in today for your phone. I informed the gentleman that I will give him until tomorrow and if the screen didn't come in to call me. That was probably Jan 3. It's Jan 14 and I finally retrieve my phone. Not because he called me to tell me the screen never came in. I was in the area and stopped by. I'm not sure what's up with this guy but something isn't right. Take your items elsewhere.
