Okay, this is about the LAST time I will EVER shop at this absolute garbage shop. I went in months…read moreago purchased what I thought was a great deal! I was so happy and excited about this shop, come to find out....it was a "sale" buy and they don't do ANYTHING to fix a stale buy or junk vape because the item is, "on sale". Then I go in and purchase a handful of thc gummies shortly thereafter WHICH I was told were the, "strongest and best in the arsenal of inventory. lol, Then finally last night after an incredibly long and stressful night and this being the only vape shop in town ...I figured one more time. NOPE! I ended up thinking maybe now having been in business a while things may have gotten better! Nope!! The photos I included which expired LAST YEAR not to mention the damn manufacturing date is in 2023 ick! Taste like dried cardboard gunk! Would they fix it, of course not! These were sale items! I don't know how it's okay to sell this sort of JUNK and expect a good return! I'm SO angry, I almost want to go picket and tell EVERYONE going into this hell hike how terrible they are! JUNK! The pricing is outlandish, the service honestly isn't much better aside from them standing on NO. Or "we can't do anything about this or can't do anything about that." Completely useless. They don't have ANY advertising explaining how, if you buy our sale items...we can't or more honestly just don't want to screw with it to actually fix it! DON'T SPEND MONEY HERE! These people are hellbent on terrible customer service, happily taking your money for crap product. I'm telling you, don't waste a dime let a lone a second of your time in a place like this! They will sit there with you and laugh and joke and tell stories just like they are your brothers. I have been in there so many times And have never had a bad experience once. Once you go into the store you'll never want to go anywhere else to buy your Vape supplies. They explain everything if you need help with changing coils or your glass or your batteries they will do it for you. I have told so many people on the awesome experience I have every time I walk into that store. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and answer all your questions. So make a trip and there and meet all the awesome people that work there.

She really knew a lot about the product and exactly what type my husband would need according to his smoking habits. The only thing we didn't like is that when we walked in it was so cloudy in there. The customer service at this store doesn't even compare to any other store. The owner is an amazing guy, very professional, and is really good at making good impressions and connections with his customers, but best of all he truly listens to his customers feedback and always is working to fit our needs.
