Yep, go ahead, pump your gas...91, 93, Premium, take you pick- in that context, i agree, gas IS gas (my car's never complained). But the twist is the Sheetz Loyalty card thats free to get, takes a minute at the checkout. Then when ya scan you card when pumping gas? Every other fillup is automatically .25 off.....skip a trip or two and it jumps to .50, even .75 cents. Adds up!! Plus the hidden gem, moreover, is the MTO ("Made to Order") food that's available. Every time I get something form Sheets I'm duly impressed. All considered, it's enough to make Sheetz the only place I go to for a fill up.......

Always super friendly staff and the owner is almost always on duty. Although locked, the restrooms can get the key inside are kept near spotless. Gas is always at competitive prices, and it is an accessible gas station to get in and out of as well. My wife asked about the restrooms and the others were shopping. My wife was informed that the restrooms were not for public use. If this is true, this information should be posted out by the pumps so that customers would have the option of purchasing their fuel there or to go on to a gas station that could accommodate those who are in need of restrooms. After purchasing my gas, I had to go inside to get my receipt because it was not available at the pump which is not convenient at all. It was at this time when the rest of my family realized that we would no longer shop at this Gas Mart, and we all left without making any more purchases.

It's got plenty of beverage options including bottles/cans, fountain drinks, beer, liquor, energy drinks, coffee, etc. They make pizza, wings, onion rings etc which you can order there or call ahead. Of course they also have snack food like chips, candy, and the like. I frequently get gas here because it's normally the cheapest option in town. However it's always a bit of a gamble. While I haven't had problems recently, there have been numerous times in the past where I go inside and pay and then walk out to my car only to find the pump isn't on yet. More than once they forgot to enter it in and I had to go back inside and wait in line again to ask them to turn on the pump. There was one occasion where I had to do that and they entered $15 instead of the $20 I handed them the first time I was in there. When I went back in the third time to ask why it stopped at $15 the woman was adamant that was what I gave her. I should've insisted but decided it wasn't worth the hassle. The pumps themselves used to have issues all the time, but I think that has been addressed although I can't be sure. The employees here are an interesting mix. There are several who are always polite and mild mannered. Then there are some who are so impressively rude I can't believe they still have a job. I try to be understanding and know Newton Falls locals can be mean and overall not great customers and I know everyone has bad days. But there are employees who, without fail, are borderline aggressively rude without any prompting. I have been yelled at, ignored, and straight up insulted by several particular workers. I don't engage them outside of pleasantries and small talk at the counter so I can't imagine I provoked them in some way. Plus I've seen them treat other customers the same way. Once I was yelled at (as in she raised her voice and not politely reprimanded me and my friend) for looking at the liquor after the time it was legal to buy it. Just to be clear, we weren't attempting to purchase it, just looking as we passed by to get pop and we are well above the legal age. It was weird, and I'm not entirely sure why it was an issue. On another occasion I waited in what seemed to be an empty store for someone to help me at the counter. Not altogether unusual, it was in the middle of the night and I imagine they were slow. Eventually she came up but was on the phone. Without saying anything to me she started to cash me out, all while having an inappropriate personal phone call in front of me, swear words and all. That being said, there are some very nice employees as well. I just never seem to see them anymore.
