Here why they only get three stars. I've done business with Harland's since I was a small child. They have had good times and bad. Over the last 15 years, it's been mostly bad. Tempers are normally running super high. You should always check your RXs because I've gotten mine several times and been 2 to 3 pills short. I hope things turn around for them. As he was bagging our groceries, he proceeded to throw everything into bags and sling them into the buggy not caring if there was anything breakable or what not. My co-worker told me about Natural Roots Beauty Supply so I went had to patronize the business. This business in the shopping plaza near the Walmart in Bessemer. It's very easy to find. When I went into the store, I was greeted right away. I wasn't asked if I needed help finding anything. Maybe the employee wanted to give me time to look around, but I think it's important to ask customers, especially if you're not busy, if they need assistance. Anyhow, I found the hair products I was looking for easily. The store has a lot of natural hair products, which is a plus for me. Also, there was a sale going on so I received 15% off the products. I had to remind the employee about the sale, but she quickly apologized and adjusted my total to include the discount. The store was not cluttered and very organized. From signs I saw, it seems they regularly have sales and promotions. I don't think they are finished with adding things to the store because the back of the store was kind of sparse. My first visit was quick, but at my second I waited nearly an hour past my appointment time. I…read morereceived a standard skin check and had one wart frozen. No biopsy, no prescriptions, nothing else treated. Despite this, I was billed separately for a wart removal procedure and an office visit, totaling about one hundred seventy-four dollars. According to AMA CPT coding guidelines, the evaluation for a minor procedure already includes the basic exam and discussion. A separate office visit can only be billed if there is a "significant, separately identifiable" service documented beyond the procedure (AMA Modifier-25 guidance). CMS policy also states that the initial evaluation for minor surgical procedures is always included in the global package unless there is clear extra work (CMS NCCI Manual, Ch. 12). The AAPC further warns that billing both codes together without documentation is improper and considered "double billing." When I asked the billing office, they said they charge for an office visit every time and never code annual skin checks as preventive. That means patients are automatically billed for both, even when guidelines don't support it. Patients should be aware that this practice leads to higher out-of-pocket costs, especially on high-deductible plans.

I pointed and asked about the advertised price On it stating $2.99. She said that those were for the 24oz cans of C4. (Btw C4 energy drinks doesn't come in a 24oz option but I digress.) I asked why the 24oz was $1.50 less than the 16oz one. She told me that's how it is. I can't fathom why the 16oz can was 167% more expensive than the (24oz can that I was told was $2.99) Overall a horrible experience and with being a new Moundville resident puts a horrible taste in my mouth about the people in this town.
