Our RX wasn't filled by Walgreens due to a Pharm who decided she "wasn't comfortable" filling what the Dr ordered even tho they had provided the same medication 3 times YTD, approved by Insurance, and strongly encouraged by Physician. (It was ridiculous and Ben recognized that.) He stepped up and filled within same day. His communication was exceptional & his attitude incredibly empathetic & professional; he took a proactive role in getting the Rx transferred. It's an incredible gift to provide for your patients with confidence. I recommend them so highly! We are grateful and blessed to have them in our Community at large.

Well ever since the deli runs out of their fried chicken, I started to order their fried chicken for pick up. They add an extra $2 or so but it is worth it to me. Their prices for meats, chicken, fruits, and vegetables are too high for me even though I own many properties. Their quality and service are stellar. I just cannot afford to shop here all the time lol Be careful in the parking lot. People speed like bats out of hell and do not stop for you or for young kids. They will however stop for a shopping cart but that is because they don't want their car to be ruined. Watch over your kids very very closely.

I waited through the drive through for a good 20 minutes just to be told if I want to use my goodRX I have to circle around and wait in line again. (Makes no sense, as one month ago this wasn't the case) but I said fine so I went inside. I proceeded to wait in another line. When I finally got up to SHYLIN, she told me I'd have to step over to another line. At this point I was frustrated so I said "this is ridiculous. Just charge me full price. Whatever." Then as I'm waiting I'm having a conversation on the phone complaining about this ordeal. SHYLIN took it upon herself to interrupt my conversation to very rudely say "i LITERALLY told you to go right over there there is NO line." This caught me off guard as I wasn't speaking to her so when I let her know she shouldn't be talking to me like that she proceeded to tell me I'm VERY rude. I continued to tell her that her disrespect was unnecessary and asked to speak to her manager. Then she followed it up with a rude little comment saying "oh yeah the line I told you three times already there's nobody in." At that point I walked out. Completely unnecessary and rude. I will 100% not be returning here. I hope someone gives these pharmacy techs a refresher course on how to interact with customers.

While in Florida I do not shop at any other grocery markets. Just before the hurricane I purchased 6 individual packages of ground beef, 3 went into the freezer and 3 in fridge. The date to use by was 8/31. I went to the fridge pulled the meat to cook and all 3 pkges were already spoiled and starting to stink. That was barely 3 days in the fridge. Over the last year I have had many pkges of hamburger and beef roast go bad. Along with pork loins and pork chops. The employees at Publix's are wonderful, friendly and very helpful. I'm not happy about having to go every day to get meat because it goes bad so quickly. I'm almost 70, I have a difficult time walking and I do not feel like going out every day. I do look at the 'sell by' dates. So this week $30 of what should have been good hamberger,thrown out.

She went over the side effects, and when she gave us our Moderna booster shots, we barely felt the stick. She advised us to wait 20 minutes, to be sure we felt okay. We did. She also updated our vaccine cards. The only negative thing about this CVS location is the parking. At most CVS stores, parking is plentiful and close to the entrance. Or you can use the drive through. This location has no drive through, and the parking lot always seems to be full.

However, my son and I were turned away from this location bc our health insurance doesn't cover it. This is unacceptable. You are supposed to be a healthcare provider and you are turning people away because your people are not trained.
