If you pull up and see Pharm Tech Peter is about to help you, you might as well just pull out and come back another day. It took Pharm Tech Peter roughly 15 minutes to assist me at the drive thru window (same with the person in front of me, since I had to sit and wait.) I saw no one in line inside either. Anyways, protocol for their job is to have you answer and sign a paper before you receive your medication, and Pharm Tech Peter did not do this, even after I asked "am I all set?" Just received a phone call asking if I can drive back up there (a day later) to sign the sheet that Pharm Tech Peter forgot to have me sign. Pharm Tech Peter gets rated zero stars, while I didn't think the whole crew should go down with Pharm Tech Peter, the other pharmacy workers get rated 2 stars. read more

I made a purchase of $50 worth of diapers. As I was paying the register froze the cashier asked me to take my card out and reinsert it. I told her it said transaction pending. She said it didn't go through. I inserted my card and it went through but my card was charged twice. I asked for the manager and a woman who said she was the manager said there was nothing she could do for me. I called corporate they told me they would investigate, it's been almost a month and nothing has been done. If I could give them no stars I would. Horrible experience and customer service on both store level and Corporate level. read more

Don't go to the Walgreen on the corner of Monroe and Secor in Toledo, Ohio. The low level of customer service is not to be believed. I am referring specifically to the pharmacy. I have been given the wrong medication, the staff has refused to contact my doctor for refills and refused to dispense medications they had 8n the store. I have contacted corporate a few times. don't waste your breath. read more

The pharmacy here straight up sucks. The staff is friendly and all but for the past year every single time I refill prescriptions here there is some sort of issue with ordering the meds that you don't know about until you go to pick up your script and you find out then you have to wait another day or three to get it. This has happened EVERY SINGLE TIME. Even when I've called ahead and they've said 'we'll get that ready for you" you show up and there's been some situation. So if u want reliability on med refills go to a different Walgreens or pharmacy in the area. read more

If I could give this store no stars I would, but then I wouldn't be able to review them. If you don't have your card, you can't enter an alternate ID in order to get your reward bucks. They have no common decency to even try and make things right. When asking for a manager you stand and wait for 5 minutes, and end up giving up. DO NOT GIVE WALGREENS YOUR BUSINESS!! Rite Aid and CVS are so much better and employ nicer people. This is my last and final bad experience with this entire company, and corporate will be hearing from me. read more

DO NOT FILL YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS HERE. The pharmacy is horrible, Victor particularly. He is completely unhelpful and combative with patients. Every time I go to fill a prescription, it is always in back order. They don't check other pharmacies to see if it is available there. They are never ready on time and you don't receive notification of this until the time it is scheduled for pick up, even if you submit your request days or a week in advance. My husband received a tdap shot here and it was not administered with skill; it left his whole upper arm bruised for weeks. This pharmacy is just the worst. They could not care less about getting patients life-critical medications nor patient health or satisfaction. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. read more

I don't know how the pharmacy stay in business they called me twice and said my prescription was ready I drove all the way there and they were out of that medication. I will start getting my prescriptions at Rite Aid or anywhere but Walgreens. read more
