There's no reason to have to wait for your arrival in order to get your prescriptions filled. My family and I transferred all of our prescriptions out. (Their co-pays are noticeably lower!) I fully support local, independent businesses; however, in good faith and with much heartfelt sadness, I can no longer recommend Baker's Pharmacy. The complaints and experiences shared by current customers whether it is wait times at the store, unnecessary and lengthy delays for medications to be ordered, or being told to go elsewhere after being loyal customers for years truly breaks my heart. I've heard so many stories...their once stellar reputation is tarnished now. I truly hope the business turns around and once again flourishes, becoming a pillar of first class service for the community.

I called 5 times before calling the "dental emergency line" to see if i even still had an appointment and was told by the person who picked up "call the office, they are open". Long and short, once I identified myself they said "oh, we gave the appointment away because you said it wouldn't work for you so i asked about my original time and they said it wouldn't work but to come in at 12:50. I got there 5 minutes early and sat for 40 minutes before being seen. They pulled up the wrong chart, talked throughout my entire cleaning and then 3 days later, called me to see if i scheduled an appointment. I will never step foot near this office again.

When my sisters family was there last they were told that there was nothing due on the account but then like six months later send them a bill about an outstanding invoice. And called to talk to my 16 year old nephew about the charges. How odd and unprofessional. Do you know many children that pay or are responsible for their own dental expenses? N don't get me started on the poor quality of their cosmetic work. My uncle had a chipped front tooth. They sent in what seems like a dental student to fix it. You can see the seems on the bonded tooth and is now slightly discolored. N never once as new patients did Queenie (Woods) show her face, review our X-rays or talk to us at all. My boyfriend & I had reservations for the couple's massage and that is exactly what we received. We had Cecilia and Lexie, who were nothing short of professional masseuses. They asked us where we'd like them to focus on during our massage from the very start. Great customer service skills. Their hands were so magical. They both rubbed every knot out of our bodies. We didn't want to leave the massage tables but when we did, we felt so refreshed. The only unfortunate part is the hour goes by super quick. (Time flies when you're having fun, right? lol) Nonetheless, it is so worth it. If you're in the area or even if you're not, book a reservation. You will not regret it.

Originally I was planning on giving 2 stars for this review and recommending against the elements…read morespa for any spa or massage needs. Upon arrival the signage for the spa is non existent I ended up behind the main hotel and wandering hallways until I finally reached the front desk. The front desk staff directed me downstairs and to the double glass doors marked as the elements spa. Upon arriving there were two women behind the desk. One a thinner darker haired woman who was just arriving and the other an older dark haired woman with glasses. I have to say the woman in glasses was not very pleasant for someone at a front desk she was very pushy and had a snarky attitude when I asked if there was a sauna as it was my first time ever here. She responded it's an additional fee since you're not a hotel guest. As well as my friend who joined my spa day had even worse attitude from her saying she was booked for an afternoon appointment had confirmation but when checking in the same woman said we don't have your appointment confirmed on our end and were fully booked. But yet they charged my friend's card and she claimed it would be refunded tomorrow. Which I don't know what banks process a refund on the weekend. I started with a deep tissue massage. I went into what is easily the world's smallest locker room and is not ideal for use when others are trying to change or get their belongings into the small lockers that barely fit a crossbody purse. I waited for a while in the lounge area before my masseuse got me and showed me to my room. The room was nice and warm and very clean. This was probably the saddest excuse of a deep tissue massage I have ever experienced in my entire life. The woman spent more time on the other side of the room doing who knows what then actually massaging me. Most of the time she was putting a hot towel on my body or just brushing her hands over the blankets on me. Not to mention she stopped earlier than the time I paid for. Next I was brought to the foot soaking station in which my feet were soaked in barely warm water when epsom salt and essential oils. They give you some granola and a towel to snack on. This was honestly not enjoyable. My next appointment was not until early afternoon so I let the front desk know I was leaving and will return later. Upon returning a different girl was at the front desk who was younger and extremely pleasant to deal with. I opted for the mud body treatment and Nadine was phenomenal! She is the only reason for this higher rating. Four stars solely for her! She was personable made sure I was comfortable and talked about the entire process step by step. My skin feels absolutely wonderful and I would return solely to see her and that is it.
