Easy to access Walgreens! This Walgreens generally keeps the shelves stocked, and always says, "Welcome to Walgreens!" when I walk in the doors. Uh, thanks? The photo lab here is comical. They never have anyone around to help with that. If only they could figure out a way I could grab my own photos instead of waiting for the clerk to put down whatever they're doing, let out a long sigh, a defeated look, and march over to get my single picture that I printed out for under a dollar. This location is caddy-corner to a big middle school. It's got a nice limestone finish to the exterior of the Walgreens. There's plenty of parking, and a signalized corner. It's not the easiest to get in and out of this, even though it's on a hard corner, because of all the medians that the city has put in. The ATM machine is USAA Federal Savings Bank. read more

Don't send your prescriptions here at the Walgreens on the corner of Huebner and Vance Jackson. The pharmacist by the name of Ricky Gonzalez is a total jerk!! My husband has been sending his medication there for over 20 yrs and this man is ugly, disgusting and rude to customers. My husband's pain management sent over medication for his back and he questioned my husband telling him why are so many dr calling in medication for you are you dr shopping. Then recently my husband came down with bronchitis. So his primary dr sent over a cough syrup with codine and this pharmacist held it and called the dr and was saying why does he need this when he already gets pain medication? He is absolutely out of line for saying that. He needs to be transferred to another store or get fired!! He's so RUDE!!! I also caught him rolling his eyes and making faces when my husband wasn't looking and thats when I snapped and went off on him. read more

Yesterday I came to this Walgreens later in the day. I sat at where you print photos for hours curating a photo album of my daughter for Mother's Day. After I finished my selections they began to print my photos. What made this visit special was the customer service of a woman named Martha. Martha gave me outstanding service as she had see I had been there for quite some time. She applied a coupon for me as well, and as a Walgreens membership I was very satisfied. I wish she would've bee there again today so I could have thanked her personally. read more

Unimpressed. Overpriced. Employees don't give a crap. I literally walked out without one of my bags and no one noticed. No one caught it or called out. When I walked back in to grab it I was given a nasty look by another employee. The extra star is for finding a really nice, affordable hairspray and for being super close to my sister's place, where I am staying over the weekend. read more

Parked outside at 7:12 am and the store isn't even open! How does management allow this? Some people work in the mornings and have things to do. If a major store chain has and opening time of 7am they should PROBABLY OPEN AT 7am. read more

Not much to say about Walgreens as a whole store. This review will focus on the photo dept. I needed to get my passport photo done ASAP before my appointment at the post office. I rushed in hoping that it wouldn't take too long to get my photo ready. I didn't see anyone at the photo area but one of the cashiers immediately noticed so she paged photo dude. He then took my picture and told me it would be ready in 10 min. I meandered around the store and my photo was done in 10 minutes as promised. I paid the man then got back in the car. I appreciated photo dude's friendliness. I wasn't expecting him to rush my order out but I'm glad he did. I'll do my best to give him more photo business. read more

Great business. They are fully stocked of all odds and ends that I somehow buy when I go in for vitamins. I buy my candy from Walgreens, because it is so fully stocked that it's shocking! And the prices are less than other pharmacies. I like to search for the orange stickers in beauty to find last chance deals which are hit or miss (gotta go often, because they always change and run out). The pharmacy is pretty decent, I often just buy over the counter, which I have not found any problems with (as far as price and stock). All in all, a great pharmacy. read more

A new pharmacist started I'm not sure when but for the past two months I've had horrible issues getting my prescriptions filled!!! At one point I was in so much pain and they weren't processing my subscriptions in a timely manner so I called. In tremendous pain and frustration already, explained my situation honestly with some aggravation in my voice and I was met back with the same level of aggreviation by the female pharmacist. When I exped I get why I'm coming off with an attitude but for u to do the same considering what I'm going through seems much. She never apologized but did tone herself down. And informed me that the app had glitches and was not accurate. The app was telling me I had several scripts waiting but wasn't showing it in the list of medications. It was a full on painful, Agravating nightmare for me that hasn't ended there!!!!! read more

I shop here frequently.. and all the staff is always very polite, friendly and helpful. That was until today's visit to the pharmacy.. I walk up the counter to speak to the woman pharmacist and let her know hat I'm picking up prescriptions (mind you.. I'm there because I'm not feeling well and I don't usually pick up medicines so I don't know if there info that required in the first sentence) and then there's a few seconds of silence. I look up and she's standing at her keyboard with the look of "for whom" .. I apologize and give her my name. At that moment the male pharmacist I will name "Dr Loudly laugh at customers" walked passed and began to loudly laugh. I try to ignore it and continue on with the lady helping me. When she goes back to get my prescriptions she has to ask that man something and he begins to laugh and mocks me .. and as I'm staring at him, he looks up and stops when he sees me. read more

I have used this pharmacy for many years, when I dropped off 2 new prescriptions today I was informed they were ready to go I went to pick them up and was told by a Smart Mouthed Pharmacist that 1 of them wasn't covered by my Insurance Company because they considered it an over the counter medication. I asked where I could get it over the counter and he tells me you have to have a prescription to get it. I asked either it's prescription or over the counter which is it? He responds "it is what it is". I called my Insurance Company when I got home and found out it was covered and should have only paid my co-pay and the Lady at the Insurance Company called the Pharmacy while I was on the phone and had them process a refund. I went back to the Pharmacy and the Smart Mouthed Pharmacist was indignant and rude, when I inquired as to why they hadn't called my Insurance Company and verified it was covered he became defensive and said he would have me removed from the Pharmacy. I hadn't raised my voice or used foul language. This is a temporary Pharmacist and they typically are not this terrible. Their normal staff is usually considerate and helpful, they need to get rid of this guy though! read more

Spent 18 minutes in the pharmacy drive thru behind a Mercedes SUV that was parked at the window when I arrived. I was the next vehicle in line. Don't know how long the SUV had already been there but when it was my turn, I pulled up at 1:29pm to find they had closed the window for lunch. I was aware of the 1:30-2pm lunch policy and had I not had my dog with me would have walked in. I rang the bell and was told I could not get me prescription even tho it was pre-paid. Is there only one person in the pharmacy? I do not live nearby this Walgreen's but make the trek once a month since other Walgreen's don't stock the medication I need and always have a delay in ordering. I called the manager to tell her what happened, she transfers me to an assistant manager. Why? Asst manager takes my phone number and says she will look into what happened and to give her a few minutes passed 2pm as that is when they return from lunch. It is 4:16pm and nothing. I am writing this review in hopes the manager/s will see and since they can't properly handle customer service, let me help. 1) have more than 1 person working for pick ups only (at least) in your pharmacy. I've heard of a pharmacists being gone or a Dr but not staff. 2) A drive up window should not be occupied for a 1/2 hour by one vehicle. Clearly this person had some sort of issue and should have been asked to come in, return or pull off to the side and called when whatever the issue was resolved. 3) Obviously the person working in the pharmacy saw my vehicle sitting there for 20 mins. They could have waited until I pulled up, especially because it was pre-paid. The lack of concern, management and care at this location is beyond comprehension.
