Prescriptions were supposed to be ready at 2, tried to pick up at 4:30 and they say another hour because they're "busy". I called this in at 9:45 YESTERDAY morning. Tech that came to the drive thru was snotty about it. Will be switching pharmacies 100%. My dad left my mom who just had a hip replacement surgery done to drive me, very inconvenient and unprofessional, especially when you live almost 20 miles away.

That is the East Lansing college town. This one is for the actual townsfolk and it's not a very high income town but they have some amazing food around the area. This particular Pharmacy has your typical very high prices and service wasn't great and there wasn't anybody to answer the question that I needed answering. Having said that I'm glad they were here because I eventually got what I needed and that's what these places are here for. How do I know if I had to go into Walmart or something, that they would even have it. And Walmarts are zoos. This place was nice and quiet.

While trying to check out the two ladies at the counter had a really hard time stopping their conversation. They were talking how they only had a half hour left and they would be out of there. Then continue to talk about where they were going to go and what place have the best drinks. I noticed an item that my daughter had put up on the counter was buy one get one free so I ask her to get another one, to which the lady gave the other lady a look. I ask her if that upset her. Because obviously I must've upset her because I placed another pack of gum on the counter when she had already rung up the other gum and totaled it. Very rude. What happened to customer service.
