In the course of my skin check, she looked at a spot I was concerned about and said it wasn't anything. Then - very casually - she said she could get rid of it (it was basically a deep pimple) and did so. At no point did she mention this was an extra charge. When I received my bill, it was charged at $300 in addition to the office visit. Had she said it was an extra charge, I would have declined and taken care of it myself once it was determined not to be something of concern. When I called to ask about it, the business manager said that it how it's done. She said they don't say what is extra and everything done in the office is billed. I mentioned I would have declined the service if I knew what the extra would be and she did not seem to care.

There's a lot of color in the displays and they have a huge variety of products. Pretty much anything you need for makeup and skin is located here. Their credit card program is great and there's lots of rewards you can get. I recently brought my toddlers and they loved looking around at everything with me. I also didn't feel judged by the staff for bringing small kids to the shop. It's hard to get out with small kids these days, but friendly staff definitely make it a bit easier. :)
