The pharmacy was the worst here that it's been years. It used to be good service. I went to pick up my prescription and asked a simple question. Can you please tell me where the thermometers are? Nobody knew. Didn't say hello to me. Nothing no Service I called in the prescription a few days ago. They told me that it was out of stock and I wouldn't get it for like three days. When I asked him if I could go to another Walgreens and get it all of a sudden, they found my medication that I needed and I was able to pick it up. The only person that helped me in the store was Jorge. He kindly walked me over to the thermometers and helped me. read more

I went here to drop off my disposable camera to get it developed. I just went to one of my best friends wedding and promised her doubles of the photos and have been really excited to use the old school route. Also I'm getting married and wanted a dry run on the process since I'm doing disposable cameras at each table. The woman helping me named Rosena (she wasn't wearing name tag) starts inputting the number into the system but instead of putting the envelope number, she inputs the ID number of the store. I inform her and she changes it. As she's inputting the correct number, she switched one of the numbers so i inform her of this too. She responds, "do you want to do my job?" I keep my compose and tell her that I only want to make sure that I get my photos back. After this, I believe she realizes she made a mistake but never apologizes for her behavior. At the end of her inputting the information into the system and printing out the label, she puts the photo envelope in the box without putting the label on it and never gives me the receipt. She asks what I'm waiting for and I told her the receipt so I can pick it up. She gives me the shipping label instead. I didn't know this until I looked at it more deeply later that night. Since I don't know how this process works, I didn't question her since she was already on edge. I go back this morning to pick my photo envelope up since I didn't want it to get lost. I have it with me at work and I will be going to CVS for their help in developing these pictures. I'm just thankful it was Labor Day and the trucks weren't on route. Instead of ZERO, I gave them 2 stars because the pharmacist was wonderful and one sales associate was great, as well. One technician was quite abrupt. When I came in for a pharmacist-assisted Covid-19 test to obtain Paxlovid, I was charged for the test that the pharmacist personally administered and then charged for an assessment of my current labs which I had with me so that I could participate in the Paxlovid provided program offered by Walgreens. The charge totaled $75. which I had to pay despite the fact that I have full Medicare insurance coverage and my 3 separate calls to Medicare each assured me that these were Medicare-covered services. Walgreens advertises itself as accepting Medicare but repeatedly refused to take my insurance for the testing and assessment. Paxlovid was covered under my insurance. I contacted Walgreens corporate and was told no coverage for these services. So which is it? - does Walgreens accept Medicare or not? Apparently, they get to pick and choose. Corporate customer services never bothered to respond to my second follow up email. Lots of other pharmacies available other than Walgreens. No reason to utilize Walgreens' services. read more

I had called in advanced to ask when my medicine would be ready and when I get there I get a mean old black lady all mad talking about "it's not ready with an attitude- I'm like well they told me 12:30 and she responded - nobody told you nothing ... she then proceeds to tell me to wait 15 minutes . 5 minutes later the RX magically is ready . Been waiting in the drive through for over 45 minutes to pick up a prescription. On a Friday, at 4pm. Not after work or on a weekend. 2 cars in front of me. The staff here has changed and one woman in particular, Sharon, is super slow. She should not be allowed to work the busy drive they window. This has been my Walgreens for 14 years, and most of the staff is great, but now I'm going to look into another pharmacy. This has happened on multiple occasions. And going inside isn't any faster. I don't understand what takes so long! read more

For the past few months they have been two new girls working the counter in the pharmacy they have to be two of the most incompetent slowest people I have ever seen. They have no idea what they're doing constantly have to ask for help. The drive-through window is always backed up a minimum for cars every time I go, inside in person is even worse. Sent a photo to be printed there. Was supposed to be ready by 12:15. Website said that if there were any problems they would call. Arrived at the store at 1:30 ... no photo and was told by associate they didn't have the paper to print it. When I asked why they didn't call she just treated that they didn't have the paper to print it on. read more

The store never fails to disappoint the pharmacy usually gets things right pretty well but if you go in there with their very much advertise sales you have to be really lucky to find the item to begin with are there out of stock or the course they put the wrong items for where the sales sticker is I don't know what the problem is with the store good luck read more

Worst experience at the liquor store. Bottle set of Kahlua from christmas left over was scanning at $8.79 and cashier manually changed the price against managers review. Manager told her do nothing change it and she went against that and priced it at 21.99. Cashier ID is 112-Carline. TRANSACTION #1658. OPERATOR: ZAIMARIE STORE: 04120. Hope someone fixed this type of behavior. Why did I paid it well I was buying other things and I didn't noticed the changed and she threw away the receipt,and and I had to get the manager to reprint the receipt. I am a doctor. We called the pharmacy to get medications for a patient. It was a veterinary hospital. The pharmacist asked for my NPH? number we don't have that it is for human medicine- I told her that. She was not very smart!!! She asked for me DEA number for a noncontrolled substance which I told her you don't need it for a noncontrolled medication. That is how Walgreens looks up Dr's information. BAD PHARMACIST!!! Stay away. We sent owner to Publix with NO HASSLES. Stop using Walgreens and go to Publix for all pharmacy help read more

This is got to be the world's worst tour the pharmacist is just well I when I called nobody answered I took three phone calls and left it ring and ring and ring and then I got a hold of him he would need to call my doctor for the prescription I mean I wouldn't deal with this pharmacy for this reason and the employees if they know how to ring something up you're lucky and the things that are on sale or put someplace else I mean it's just I'd rather go to CVS so much more organized it so everything's nice people are very pleasantAnd they take care of people quickly and this and this is the way it should be thank you read more

This has become a "stay away" location for me. I use CVS for Pharmacy items anyway these days, but I have been going in to the liquor store at this location for decades. Since it opened actually. Now they card everyone. Kind of. I was carded the other day. Supposedly this is a new policy for Walgreens because they have been breaking the law, or whatever, concerning illegal liquor sales I guess. So lets punish the legal, honest, consumer right? I am in my 60's and a somewhat regular customer. My name is in the system. During the 30 minutes I was in the store looking for Holiday gifts I will bet a dollar to a dime other people walked out without being carded. No doubt in my mind. What point is there in carding someone in their 60's. Are they filing the info? Nope. Just asking to see ID. So I left 200.00 worth of bottles on the counter and walked out. I did complain after I finally found an employee in the Pharmacy that I could understand. Three times actually. I had to contact corporate twice since corporate must not be that concerned being how large the organization is. No compensation was offered even after speaking with the manager. A gentleman who, in all fairness, seemed like a pretty nice, well spoken guy. I wasted over 30 minutes in there, was treated in what I believed to be an insulting manner, spent additional time reporting the problem, and was offered zip for my troubles. I have no doubts that nothing will be done about my complaint. So I am done with them. No biggie. That location probably holds the record for business robberies in Pompano Beach. Very shaky clientele to say the least. This is also the location where a Broward Sheriffs deputy was shot and killed in the parking lot. I never felt safe going in there and I can't carry my gun in to a liquor store. For all you people who grew up in this town like I did, do yourself a favor. Go to Crown Liquors across from the golf course. It's still there, prices are good, customer service is good, and they actually remain one of the only liquor chains down here to post their prices online. Unlike Walgreens. read more
