I have purchased the diabetic needles from this business in the past. Well today they refused to sell me a box of 100. My dog is diabetic and is blind. They said I need a prescription to purchase the needles. I told them I bought them there numerous times in the past. They still refused. I have enough to get through a couple of days. I will get them from another source. By the way, I do have a prescription but I did not have it in my pocket. read more

The thing that bothered me the most was how unclean the whole place was. The trash cans were overflowing on to the ground, the floor clearly hadn't been swept all day, and employees were using their cell phones with the same gloves on they used to prepare food. Considering how gross our phones are, this really turned me off of eating here. The staff were friendly enough, but were clearly overwhelmed. Lots of things were out of stock, food came out slowly, and once I got my food, toppings were missing. Maybe I just came in on a bad day, but I'm not sure I'll be back, even if Tropical Smoothie is one of the only healthier quick options in Pine Bluff.
