Supposedly you will receive a link to rebook, but the link never comes. So the 3rd time, still no results. Online on the website is the only result I got to cancel thru the virtual chat. I had to do that twice because I needed to cancel for both me and my spouse and the virtual chat can only do one at a time. I bet I wasted an hour and a half of my time trying to cancel. He took one close look at my bump and immediately told me it was precancerous. Within a minute or two he proceeded to freeze this invader off! He told me from his experience he believed this would have been a fast growing one and that I was fortunate to be there. Great Job Chris! No pain whatsoever and solved a potentially big problem.
