HORRIBLE pharmacist with disgusting attitudes. I picked up a prescription and didn't realize until I got home that it was the generic brand when my doctor specifically put in a DAW (dispense as written) due to me having an allergy in the generic fillers. I contacted my doc who sent in the name brand AGAIN and was like no biggie I'll just swing by and pick it up tomorrow. Well when I checked the status of my script, it said "early refill not approved". I told my doc who said that always happens and to just have the pharmacist tell insurance to override it due to their mistake. I call the pharmacy told them the situation, they say let me put you on hold while I speak to head pharmacist. Was on hold for 40 MINUTES before it hung up. I was a little irritated I just sat on hold almost an hour, but called back thinking something must have just happened. The new lady got my name and as soon as she heard my name, she said "I am now disconnecting this call"....!!! I was never rude, no encounters happened beforehand. I was in complete SHOCK as to why she couldn't simply explain what was going on with my prescription. I call back again and this time I'm pretty mad that she straight up hung up on me when I did nothing wrong. This is a prescription that is needed daily as I have no thyroid. Its pretty serious and even when they are out of my meds, they immediately check to make sure I have enough until they can fill them and transfer me to a different location if they don't. Call back and ask why I was just hung up on twice now for no reason. She says, "Mam, we are busy and have lines out the door. We don't have time for this". Excuse me? You don't have time to figure out my medication thats on delay because you guys messed it up!? I am transferring pharmacies as I was disrespected and hung up on by 2 different techs. This isn't the first time I've had issues. There seems to be a delay every time I have a script sent it. Then you wait HOURS no joke to even pick it up while sitting in the slowest line you could ever imagine. I will NEVER return to this pharmacy again. How disrespectful and rude. I will be reporting to corporate as well. They should be fired for their behavior. read more

Disappointing and poorly managed pharmacy. Consistently backlogged, never very efficient and often out of very common drugs. Customer service attitude needs drastic improvement. Expect 3h+ turn on your prescriptions. read more

This rating is for all Walgreen Pharmacy Dept. in general, not specifically the storefront in this location. They need to do away with Aegis Labs. It's a farce. It takes several days to get COVID testing results. In fact, a whole entire week. This doesn't work well for people who work and may need to quarantine. Waiting a week to find out just isn't fathomable. So I advise anyone who is needing testing for COVID, do not go there unless you have time and money to waste sitting around for a whole week waiting for results. read more

Pleasant store with good selection if you're looking for over-the-counter goods. Very, very slow and inefficient pharmacy department, whether you use the windows inside the store or the drive-up window. Good promotions, convenient location. Clean. Good bathrooms. Decent sized parking lot that usually has some open spots. Good location. read more

I love the convenience of uploading my photos and picking them up within an hour or less. My photos turn out good and the cost is unbelievable - around 30 cents per print (I normally only print one or two, so the price might even be lower for a larger quantity). I can't print them out at home for this. The staff at the Paw Paw Walgreens are very friendly. They always say "Welcome Walgreens" when I enter and then say "Thanks for shopping" when I leave. I don't use Walgreens for any prescriptions. Mainly I stop for the basics, but I do like the store. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!! They tell you things that they don't mean and they tell you a time to come and get your stuff and make you wait an extra half an hour or more and not to mention mess up your prescriptions so if you want good service I would recommend anywhere else besides here they're a living joke read more

I tried to call and speak to someone in pharmacy regarding a Covid booster vaccine. I tried 4 times and waited a long time, each time getting disconnected as I would finally get through. I tried to call the store manager twice and the same thing happened. The second time, I waited 18 more minutes, only to be disconnected. It's hard to believe that there is no one who can take a call and answer a question. This is totally unacceptable! read more
