Clerk talked me out of receipt and when I brought an item back a couple of hours later the manager refused to give a refund without ID even though the clerk was there and recognized me. I waited an hour and after that they said they don't have in stock. Their system don't even tell that they do not have medication in stock. Had a really bad experience here. I'm a diabetic and needed emergency insulin since I'm on vacation so had to fill my prescription here. I called over 5 times wait on hold for a total of an hour and they still said there was no record of my doctor even calling it in and said I should call back in 2 hours. 2 hours later nothing. Finally I spoke to someone that said it would be ready for pickup. I get to the Walgreens and there's one guy ahead of me which took about 10-15 mins. I finally was next in line, by this time there were 6 people in a line behind me. I told the lady my name and she said there was no record of me in their system. Then she found out later that they misspelled my name. Then there was another misunderstanding and they mis entered in my birthday and it took them 50 mins to fix that mistake. Everyone in line behind me had already left the pharmacy + a few other people before I even got My prescription. It was one of the most frustrating experiences I've had with a pharmacy. read more

Pharmacy staff is incompetent and rude. We have used this pharmacy for 20 years because of the convenience of their locations. My insurance recently changed to one that the company does not contract with...even though it is a division of Blue Cross, Blue Shield. We have often been frustrated with their service. On our last transaction, my husband, who is a heart patient, dropped off his bottles to get his prescriptions refilled. After a very long length of time...days, he was told that his prescriptions were declined. The reason for this was not given to him. When he returned to get his bottles to take them somewhere else, he was told that they were thrown away. read more

Poor customer Service Very long wait times for prescriptions Managers are extremely rude and if you ask for the GM he or she is never there. I have had so many issues that I asked to speak to a regional manager. I left messages for 34 days and not a single phone call back. I sent over 100 photos to this Walgreens and received email saying they were ready to be picked up. I drove to the store and found it closed due to fire. Week later and still closed. Why did you accept my order?? They still show as being open 24 hrs but locked up. Poor customer service, are you holding my photos hostage to your remodeling?? By far the worst ever Experience with a pharmacy I have ever had. I am disabled and came to PCB with my family. Got everything prepared before I left so I could pick up my scripts while there. Even verified with Pharmacist & was told they received my scripts and would fill so they would be ready. Wait in line for over 30 mins then told I didn't have anything in system. After 1hr there was told they had to order come back 4 days. Again wait in line for over 20 mins was told they did not rec my medicine on delivery was told again they would reorder. Other people very upset with the same issues . Come to find out they lied and never ordered my medicine. The mgr never called me after we spoke to the assist mgr. the pharmacist was a prick and didn't care at all to help us. They all had attitudes because we were trying to find out why my medicine was never ordered that I have filled at Walgreens for the past 10 yrs. Do not go to this pharmacy find another one if you are in need of your medication. I just don't want this to happen to anybody else . This Walgreens needs to be looked at. read more

stopped in to get my monthly prescriptions and had the most horrible customer service from the pharmacy. I have been going to Walgreens for a few years but only 6 months to the location beside Ripley's in Panama City Beach. I was greeted by a very unpleasant and most unprofessional cashier I have ever met. The first issue is that I have 4 prescriptions each month and they always forget to fill one of them and it causes me to have to wait 30-45 minutes each time. Upon ringing the up one of them had a total of 75.00 vs my normal 25.00. This being quite a bit more I questioned why and (CONNIE) the cashier did not like it at all. She just wanted to tell me that the coupon I had was not any good and was unable to see my past history in the system. I can only assume that she had no idea how to look it up to begin with. She finally took the prescription over to the pharmacist and was telling her what was going on when I spoke up and told the pharmacist that I had never paid more than 25.00 and that something was wrong. This is when (CONNIE) turned to the pharmacist and said " SHE WOULD NOT SHUT UP LONG ENOUGH" I was standing at the counter and heard everything that was said between them, and I said "excuse me". I was totally shocked that she said it as loud as she did. It was then mentioned by the pharmacist that it was a 90 day supply, I had never been given a 90 day supply so not sure why she filled it for the 3 months. I told her it was fine and if Connie had said it was for 90 days I would have understood. I took the prescriptions, paid for them and told the cashier that I didn't think the total was correct but at this time I had a couple of people behind me and didn't want to hold them up. I went to my car and totalled the purchase and found that they had indeed double charged the 75.00. I had to return to the store to get a refund. I will never set foot in a Walgreens again as long as I live. I will be reporting this to the BBB and will be pulling all prescriptions for myself, my husband, my son, my mother and stepfather and will also tell everyone what happened today in your store at your pharmacy. I have been in customer service for over 20 years and if I talked to or about a customer the way that CONNIE did today, I would have been fired. I would also fire any of my staff that hear speak to anyone the way she did. read more

We just moved here and we get notifications on text the prescriptions are ready and when we get there; they have no idea about our medications. Have always used Walgreens but we are moving everything to a pharmacy that knows what is going on! Where is the communication and customer service from the pharmacist?! This Walgreen's store, in all fairness is good, the fact that Walgreen's Executives decided their Pharmacies will not accept Tricare insurance, is like slapping the face of the U.S. American Military. They have stopped accepting certain other insurances too. I've taken my local pharmaceutical needs to CVS, but regular prescription meds are delivered straight to my home, or designated location, by Tricare's "Express Scripts". They're so much cheaper, and some meds cost nothing at all. Just based on Walgreen's Executives decision not to accept & support military personnel's insurance, simply means I'll take my patronage support elsewhere. I apologize to the local store workers at Walgreen's, but I don't stand alone on this decision, blame your Execs. read more

"At the corner of angry and sick" WORST pharmacy in town! I waited in Drive thru line for 37 minutes. Got prescription and should have known to look. This is the third time that they have messed up my prescriptions (my insurance carrier prefers Walgreens )!! I have been on the phone on hold for 15 minutes and waiting...same dumb music and every 10 seconds I hear "we're sorry our staff is answering other calls, we will be with you shortly". So here we are, 25 minutes later and pharmacist admits to error and says "we fix for you, you come back and we get it fixed." Seriously??? How does this happen so often! Never again will I get any prescriptions filled there. There are several other pharmacies close by! Save your time and patience and take your business elsewhere. read more

One of the WORST experience I have EVER had getting a prescription! My husband had the flu and the urgent care sent the prescription to Walmart. We are from out of town so we don't know a lot about the pharmacies around here. We get to Walmart and Walmart tells us they don't have tamiflu so they recommend the cvs in target. We get to target and they can't get the prescription transferred bc Walmart is at lunch. So we wait for them to come back from lunch. Cvs gets the preacription then tells us they don take Tricare! So we call Walgreens and they say it can take 2 hours to get it transferred! 4 hours later and no seems to remember talking to me the 4 times I called asking if it's ready! They close in an hour and the lady says they have no notice of a tamiflu referral and she was a complete bitch! I have never had this kind of experience with a damn prescription and rude people! I will NEVER go to another Walgreens again! They have officially lost my business and any business to anyone I will tell! read more

I have been getting scripts filled since I had moved to the beach(about 2 years now). Never have I ever had any issues with the pharmacy staff under any circumstances. I called yesterday am to have a very important prescription filled. I was told it would be filled and ready for pick up within the hour. I did not make it before pharmacy closed on sat. I arrive Sunday am and as I am sitting in the drive thru now, I am being told that my script has been out of stock and will be out until tomorrow. I don't appreciate either being lied to or "having" my script given to someone else. To make matters worse, the kind girl at the window offers to call around to other stores to see if my script can be filled today only to have a pharmacist tell me I am giving them extra work. Sign in the window says "SAVE TIME USE YOUR PHONE FOR PERSCRIPTIONS" Yeah right.. this was completely unnecessary and could have been avoided all around. I Recommend visiting another pharmacy as I will be changing mine. ALSO Walgreens should consider staffing better to meet the needs of customers and recommend their staff work on their customer service because aside of some of their techs, the pharmacist have HORRIBLE ATTITUDES. read more

When you have a drive thru the point of it is so that you can quickly drop off or pick up your medication. I specifically called and told the person answering the phone I wanted the name brand drug. When I got to the drive thru I was ignored for over 5 minutes. The girl couldn't find my Rx(because it was the generic). I finally paid, looked in the bag and IT WAS THE GENERIC! I waited 20 minutes and finally asked the girl to ask the pharmacist how much longer and she refused, saying I had an attitude. I don't think asking how much longer after waiting 30 minutes is unreasonable. I asked to speak to the manager, and he could care less(deer in the head light look). I got there at 9:35pm and left at 10:18pm. So, no one listened to me to get the order right, I waited 30 minutes to get the right order(thank god I looked in the bag before I left), I asked how much longer, and the girl refused and I am told, I have an attitude. Pharmacist could not care less about what type of mask/spacer I take home for the appropriate dosage of medication so that my child can breathe. Shameful to have such lack of professionalism in a major chain. I would not recommend this pharmacy to my worst enemy. Pharmacist told me it would take hours to fill my scrip of a pre-packaged mask/spacer and ready to go box of proair. A disgrace to customer service and the pharmacy profession. read more
