The absolute worse customer service. We have had a prescription called in by the physician for a week. Called to confirm receipt and was told out of stock. Waited an entire week no call for an update. When I called to pick up, still none available. I have asked to go to another Walgreens in the area, have been told "will call back" twice, and yet no call back. What makes it worse, the service delivery is unprofessional and condescending. I would like to give this place -100 stars because it's so miserable here with dysfunctional employees ,managers Pharmacist and nobody knows anything. No one's helpful and the energy is just horrible. This is a kind of place where I can imagine people getting the wrong medication and being given the wrong advice so I suggest y'all stay out of here and let's hope the powers that be close this place down. I waited almost 45 minutes to get someone on the phone to transfer a prescription and when they answered they couldn't even help me even though it was being transferred to another Walgreens. The staff is usually unfriendly and I've had multiple bad experiences. I wouldn't go here for the pharmacy. It's disorganized, another occurrence my prescriptions were supposed to be ready at 8 PM on a Thursday. They got delayed until Friday, one being an inhaler that they had on hand. I called and they said the prescriptions were ready, upon arrival they had me wait for almost 30 minutes. This isn't the first time, I regularly have issues with my prescriptions. Absolute worst photo department! Advertise one hour photos but even after going in 4 hours later, and waiting at the counter 30 minutes to be assisted, they still don't have them. Got home and then immediately received an email that they were ready. Thank god I called before I drove back there as no one has any clue on how to print pictures there and they still weren't ready. No attempt and trying to offer assistance to resolve the matter. read more

Never get a FedEx delivery dropped off here. I chose to have my FedEx package dropped off here instead of being delivered so I could pick it up. Whoever was working there, gave it to the outgoing ground mail and sent it to Orlando Florida. Needed this item for work and now I have to figure out this mess. Not sure what's worse that they sent out incoming mail at Walgreens or that FedEx didn't bother to look at the package when they loaded it. read more

PHARMACY REVIEW! they lack attention to details and professionalism (10am) I handed the tech the prescriptions AND my Drivers license during drop off as a new patient to this pharmacy. She said it will be ready in an hour. (11:30am) I get a call saying the birthday is wrong and doesn't match what is on my insurance. Mind you I have just had major mouth surgery, so i'm foggy and can't speak well. My confusion and slurred speech was only met with impatient and irritation by the tech. I call insurance to figure out if they have the wrong DOB, the information they have is correct. No contact from pharmacy to help the situation of getting resolved. I call the pharmacy to figure out what is the issue, they have no contact during lunch break until 2pm.. I call again to be left on hold for 20 minutes, only to be answered with sass, told that I was the issue and I that "verified" the wrong DOB. The DOB they failed to match to the DL that I handed to them with the prescription(a controlled and antibiotic) at 11am. ( now 3pm) I went to store to see if they were even filled and billed to insurance. I was not greeted (hi, hello, nor a friendly face) by the sassy tech, only told that I was the one who caused the issue. When I went to talk to the pharmacist due to my frustration of being handled poorly. When asked to explain my issue with the pharmacist, the tech INTERRUPTING me, tried to justify her actions and reactions... The pharmacist was apologetic, however tried to say I was to equal blame for the miscommunication. This problem and review would have never occurred if the tech would have taken the right steps to verify new patient information (and especially to fill a controlled substance) and would have communicated clearly at 10am when I dropped off the prescriptions. OR clear communication that the DOB on the PRESCRIPTION was the issue during the phone call. Key (cliff note) Problems: lack of attention to detail *verbally verifying the DOB on a prescription to a patient directly out of surgery, instead of verifying with (legal documentation) the DL handed to them THEN verbally clarifying to patient there are different DOBs lack of caring to communicate * lack of clear communication of the problem * failure to communicate with the surgery center, who wrote the wrong DOB on prescription, in order to figure this out * does not reach out to patient to clearly communicate issues *having ridiculous hold times (I called at 1:59pm thinking my call would be answered a reasonable time) lack of professionalism * failed to recognize the difference in DOBs on documents handed to them by a new patient at time of prescription drop off * getting irritated when it is hard to understand a patient over the phone * blaming a patient * interrupting someone while they are speaking to someone else It is shameful that Walgreen's pharmacy medical "professionals" treat patients with this level of customer service and lack of service. It is very hurtful to experience a lack of empathy from ALL pharmacy staff to my frustration of the situation, time taken to communicate and complete tasks, not to mention the pain I have physically been experiencing since prescription drop off at 11am while waiting for my prescriptions. read more

Made a quick stop to buy sun cream and snacks before the beach. The store itself was clean and neat (what I saw of it) but what sour the visit for me was the extremely rude cashier who rung my items. She did not say not one word to me (not even my total) and kept on slapping her head like she had lice, and to top it off she almost threw my bag at me. I was so shocked I didn't even get her name. Just got my stuff and got out of there. Outside parking lit was clean and cart free. Everything else is perfectly fine about this store. read more

They called me to say my prescriptions were ready then when I got there was told they were put back on the shelf. When I got home there was a message that they don't take my insurance now. They did last month, its Saturday I can't call my insurance company till Monday. It blood pressure medication let's hope I don't have a heart attack before I get my medicine. read more

Stopped in around 9 pm. Mgr was out front talking with a man. She stared at me like I shouldn't be going in. They are open until 10. When I went to check out, she was at the front register. Her name tag said Linda. She never asked if I found what I needed or thanked me for shopping there. Seemed to have a sour attitude. The store was clean and neat, but no other store employees there except in the Pharmacy. No reason to go back if they don't want my business. read more

Pharmacy assistant basically told me to shut up while she was talking after she sent my prescription request to the wrong doctor. Supervisor requested and she told me she was the supervisor and I could not speak to the pharmacist. Call the store back and the manager said I threatened her by saying I was coming by to speak with a supervisor. Mgr Matt got my medicine in order and I appreciate that however I moved all prescriptions to Publix (where shopping is a pleasure). I pray I never have to step foot in a Walgreens store again.. I have used two Walgreens Pharmacies in another state that excelled in customer service compared to this Pharmacy on Northlake Blvd. West Palm Beach, Fl. Although the pharmacist tells you a RX will be ready at a certain time, it never is ready when you go to pick up. You wait an additional 20 minutes. Other problems are that My Doctor sends Prescription Refills and the staff claims they can not find the refills. This has happened several times. Also, although you have updated the pharmacy with a new coupon, they claim they don't have it on file. The manager is extremely rude to customers and when I brought these repeated mistakes to her attention, she told me if I did not like this pharmacy, I should change pharmacies. I have never met such an argumentative health care provider. I am an RN and would never speak to a patient the way she speaks to me and other customers. I have heard her argue with other patients. I plan to take this to the next level. This Manager has shortened pharmacy hours and staff, and they can not keep up with the work load and it shows. read more

I did not realize this store was in such a bad neighborhood. Apparently they have to keep their bathrooms locked to keep undesirables from using it. Also, their customer service is somewhat lacking. We stopped there to pick up some stuff, and my son had to use the restroom, as four-year-olds do. The clerk paged someone to open the restroom but no one came while my son danced around for several minutes. He started to cry for a few minutes and tried paging again, Needless to say, after watching my son cry and wet himself after a 10 minutes period where no one could be bothered to unlock the restroom, I will not be returning. read more
