Coming in from out of town to do surgery at the Andalusia Hospital, we were told by hospital staff…read moreto fill my spouses pain medication at Darbys pharmacy because of it being close. Darbys pharmacy tech took the prescription to whom I am assuming is a pharmacist who told the tech to LIE and say that the "Government regulations don't allow pharmacy's to fill medications for cash". Darbys is obviously complete liars, we took the same script to CVS who filled 10 minutes later. Why does Darbys lie? Must not have high morals? They probably only stay in business by being close to the hospital and paying their employees substantially low wages. The staff were absolutely bold face lying to someone who just got out of a 2 hour surgery with 4 incisions. I will make sure the staff at the hospital knows that it is a mistake to recommend Darbys.
