Walgreens - Drugstores Near Me - Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Absolutely terrible. Rude pharmacist! Terrible customer service. They are definitely not interested in helping customers.

Niko, at the pharmacy drive thru, was very disrespectful to my partner and I throughout our entire interaction. I will not be returning to this location because of her. read more

I went to pick up my prescription and I had a couple of other small things to check out with. First of all I was standing in an empty line while the guy at the counter was ignoring me. Finally someone told him in the back to stop what he was doing and help me. Then I asked if I could go ahead and have him scan my other two items. He said "no you can go to the front" I thought he was joking but no he was serious. Poor customer service read more

Wish I could give zero stars. Rude service and unapologetically slow. I waited 5 hours for a simple prescription fill. When I finally went to pick it up, they couldn't find my prescription because they were so unorganized!! How is that even possible? Do yourself a favor, and go literally anywhere else. read more

They use to be one of the best pharmacy, now one of the worse. They have no set hours now, were they use to be 25 hrs.I have been waiting on prescription since may 9 th they want me to call dr. & insurance, really.looking for new pharmacy bit hate to leave walgreens. read more

Okay....so it's day two of snow on the ground and I have run out of one of my more necessary prescriptions. I think to myself I'd better call and see if my prescription is actually ready. So I call and am told by the robo that they do not have my phone number on file there. ( I've only traded with them for 7 years). So, although being over 80 years old, I drive down to the store and pull up to the drive through only to have a sign in the window that says "no pharmacist on duty". Really? The streets are slushy and quite drivable and you can't get anyone in to take care of business? Guess I'll try CVS and see if they can do any better. read more

Can't fulfill photo orders the day before Xmas, instead they send you a cancellation email while your waiting on it to be done. Poor service at best read more

The worst pharmacy I have ever used. I honestly would never use Walgreens, but they are nextdoor. These jerks didn't want to fill my medication, so they forwarded my script to a different Walgreens across town today after my doctor called it in. It's a medication I need today. So I'm sitting in the parking lot waiting on them to fill it instead of driving across town. I hate this place. OMG read more

I used to frequent this Walgreens for several years. While the store inside was clean, stock was always upkept and the associates were friendly, the line for the pharmacy is what is keeping my lacking of the other stars. Once you finally get up to the window you are never treated like the associate isn't not in a hurry. read more

Just called the pharmacy and spoke to a "gentleman" about one of my prescriptions. He was incredibly rude and impatient and just said "have a good day" and hung up on me when I still had more questions.. absolutely rude and unprofessional read more

If I could give 0 I would. I just had the worst experience here. The employees here are so rude. I just went through the drive through to pick up my medication for my surgery recovery and the women inside seemed to have no idea what I needed or what I was talking about. They didn't have my medicine even after we got a text that said they did. I get that this can get mixed up so I wasn't even mad about that. She was not helpful at all and was extremely rude and she literally just stood there staring at us with no solution. She spoke to me and my husband like we were children even though she's the one who was getting confused. We left and I have no medicine to take so that's just wonderful. The employee had no idea what she was doing. Had no regard for me and had 0 solutions to the problem they created. read more

The Walgreens customer service is non existent. They don't even try to stand behind the products the sell. I purchased a 3 month supply of estrogen patches. Here's the problem, they don't stick to stay attached to my skin. I took said patches back to the Walgreens pharmacy in Oklahoma City on 6350 N MacArthur Blvd. I spoke with a Pharm D on duty who let me know she cannot refund nor replace defective patches. I can however purchase a different brand of patches for $400.00 or buy water proof coverings to hold the patches on. I asked if the manufacturer would stand behind their products. She replied that I could try by calling them. I asked for the manufacturers phone number. She said it was on my package insert. (It's not there). I went back asking for manufactures (Mylan) phone number and she gave me a number to call. I called that number and it was for financial services!!!!! I go back for a THIRD time and after a LOT of searching she found the elusive number for Mylan. I've left a message with Mylan so we'll see what happens with that. Seems kind of odd to me that when a product that Walgreens sells and is defective it is left up to me to work it out. What do I need Walgreens for? These patches are not cheap and are NOT covered by my insurance. I have 1 box that has not even been opened. Can't get a refund or replacement for any of the 3 boxes. I called Walgreens corporate office and explained what happened.. They replied "So you'd like to make a complaint?" I give up Moral to this story if you choose to use Walgreens do so at your own risk. They do NOT stand behind their products and their customer service is non-existent. What else can be said? read more

Never answer the phone. Terrible costumers service. Makes being sick even worse. Do better.

Nicole moves at the pace of a sloth. Every time. Without fail. It's ridiculous and incredibly inconvenient. Maybe she should serve in photo or cosmetics instead of moving 1/3000000000th of a mile per day at the register. Not intending to be crass but also in the time it took to redownload yelp, search for this location, and write this review: I'M STILL IN LINE WAITING FOR HER TO FINISH RINGING UP TWO ITEMS. read more

they're so rude and they ignore you until it's hella awkward and make you get their attention. nobody even looked at me when talking to me. the drive thru was closed so i walked in and i asked a girl at the front if someone was at the pharmacy and she said yes, when i walked all the way back the guy ignored me and acted like i wasn't there until finally looking up after i said something and said they're closed. as i walked to the front of the store i passed the same girl and said "guess they're closed" and she goes "yeah they're closed" like thanks for telling me before i wasted my time when i have to get to work lol. read more

The younger blonde pharmacist who works here is why this place gets stars at all. She is very personable, knowledgeable & kind. The rest of the pharmacy staff is not friendly & bordering on rude. They called me on multiple occasions to tell me my script was ready, only for me to arrive & have it partially filled. It wasn't insurance, it was their stock issues. Moving on pharmacy wise. read more

I recently came across a brochure regarding Walgreens Photo Recovery Service, so I gave them a defective memory card, with the hope that the 60 or so pictures I had taken could possible be recovered from it. Promise time was two weeks, and several days after that had passed I still hadn't received the order. I inquired several times in person and over the phone, to no avail. Finally a MANAGER called me back and said my order was never shipped out, but accidentally THROWN AWAY!!! I mean, how does a MANAGER not know the difference between a customer's photo order and the trash??? It defies belief! While I would have been disappointed if the order was processed and the photos were not retrievable, I would have understood and thanked them for trying. Instead, due to the blatant carelessness of this manager, not only do I not have the photos but I no longer have the memory card either. Do not under any circumstances trust this location's photo department for ANYTHING. I learned the hard way and they're never getting a second chance. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I'm pretty sure these people at the pharmacy take pride in being the worst in customer service ever. Walgreens deserves no one's business. read more

I usually use this location because it's close to my home. I don't use the pharmacy or the photo dept so I can't provide any feedbacks on those areas. Most of their products are standard items you would see in most places, but they do charge a bit more because it is a convenience store. Their snacks, candies, and drinks are fresh and there is plenty of choices for off the shelf medications. They keep their greeting cards pretty well stocked so you can get many selections to choose from for any event. Parking is a little hectic during rush hours, but you just have to watch out for the people who reverse out of their lanes without looking. Staff is always friendly from what I have experienced. read more

Lack of knowledge all around. How are you a MANAGER and don't know the polices of the store you're managing?!! I asked "are the price tags labeled "otc" DEFINITELY approved for "health savings cards?" She says "I guess..im not exactly sure".. huh?!!! You don't know!!? Do I have to stand at the pharmacy counter to pay? Or can I go to front register?... "I'm not sure"... huh??! The pharmacy employees look at you as if they've never heard of "health savings card".. "y'all work here"...really!!?!? The shelves are rarely stocked. Horrible customer service!! Terrible store!!!!! read more

Excellent Walgreens I'm a frequent customer and I never have problems, staff is always good to me.

Forget at the corner of happy and healthy. This Walgreens is at the corner of what the hell and are you kidding me. Recently I needed to fill a prescription for my infant daughter. I chose to go through the drive-thru. I wanted to make sure and contain her misery in our car. I dropped off the prescription. I was told to come back in 20 minutes. We came back. And I was asked what flavor she wanted. Really at that age it doesn't matter. I got the medication it was in a glass bottle and had a white label on it and told me to dispense it for 10 days and then discard it when it was gone. I took the medicine home. Loaded up the plastic syringe. And notice that the consistency was really thick. I didn't really think much of it because I remember some pretty thick medications when I was young. I gave her a dose and she probably threw it up. That should have been my first clue. The next day I got more medicine out but notice there really wasn't 10 days worth of medicine in the bottle. Day 3 I start looking at the white label and peel it back only to find out that this medication should have been mixed with water before it was given to me. Are you kidding me! At this point I feel like I'm poisoning my daughter. I call Walgreens. They seemed shocked but not as shocked as I hope they would be. I asked to speak to a supervisor. They tell me this should never have happened. Yes! This should never have happened. Luckily my daughter is ok. The side effects are just some minor discomfort. Walgreens really didn't do anything to help out with this situation. Supposedly corporate is going to call me and explain what happened. I think it's clear what happened. Somebody didn't pay attention. They decided that pumping in the flavoring was more important than adding the water and correctly telling somebody how to administer the medication. So disappointed. read more

I've used this Walgreens for two years and I think I'm finally ready to try something new. I've used it from habit and because I like their rewards system. My mother can go in and get my prescriptions and her own just fine, yet for some reason every time I was in they just want to argue with me. I've had them refuse to give me medications because of an error on their end. They have forgotten to go through my insurance and over charged me, and then lied and said they did contact my insurance. Today they some how lost all of my insurance info that hasn't changed in a year and wanted me to pay $400 for a generic med. The drive through girl was rude and acted like it was my fault and that I didn't know what I was talking about (a trait most of the pharmacy employees seem to have when I go) even though it was clearly their mistake. Even though I had requested refills, they filled them yesterday and I had tried to pick them up earlier today when I was first made aware of their mistake with my insurance. It took about 15 minutes more once they finally figured out their mistake to give me the meds and during this time I heard the same condescending drive thru girl making fun of customers for expecting her to do her job. Crazy. I'm so done with this chain and this location. I will be going else where from now on. read more

This Walgreens has the most helpful pharmacy staff that I have ever encountered! Waiting over 2 hours for prescriptions to be filled while I literally sit her waiting with the Flu. This is and always has been the worst Walgreens pharmacy in the city. I dislike this pharmacy. I'm always on hold at least 25-30 mins every single time. It doesn't matter what time it is.

so I'm just trying to pick up my medication and there's this lady that is so rude.
