Pretty poor selection, there are maybe 2 or 3 brands of mass manufactured incense and then just some rocks and cheap candles.

Oh my, where do I start? I was excited for my makeup lesson and getting lashes. The girl that did…read moremy makeup was terrible. My foundation was very patchy. The blush was not a color that matched at all. I asked to show me a way to even out my kinda uneven eyes. She put a khaki colored eye shadow up by my brows. That's it. I asked her for something to even out my wonky and deflated lips. She followed my lip line, kinda. And the lip stain ran like crazy. (Pic is from the parking lot, not hours later). I asked how to help my eyebags and bags under that a little less visible. Even a tad. Nope. The girl was kinda judgemental and very unskilled. I understand we all gotta start somewhere, but i could've done this on my own. As a 55 year old, i think i do better then she did. Then was the lash application. She told me they would last around 3 days. She couldn't get them to stick. By the time I got home (went straight home, after my appointment at 230), one cluster was loose. When I woke upthe next morning, 2 clusters were on my pillow. They didn't even last 24 hours. Ulta did refund my $ for the lashes. Overall terrible experience. I paid for these services, I did not get my money's worth.

I called the Ulta manager Kathryn, and she was unhelpful (didn't even ask if I was alright, which is nuts!) and then told me to call the property owner. I called the property owner, and they said there are NO security cameras. No security cameras and no crosswalks sounds like a perfect place to spend hundreds on beauty products and then get hit by a car!

While shopping at Kohl's, I stopped in this Sephora location. I picked up a few items and was…read morestanding in line. There was a woman in front of me being checked out and a man behind me. There was an employee (blonde older woman) in the perfume area by the cash register. She looked at me...saw that I was waiting in line...and then turned back around and ignored me. I then stepped up to be waited on by the other employee. As soon as I did, the blonde-haired, older female employee who had ignored me asked the gentleman that was standing behind me could she help him. Mind you, I was the only African American in line. Anyone could certainly see the optics here, which is not good for your company. The only color of money is green. Whatever your employees' personal beliefs are about other people should be left at home when she comes to work in a position where she works with the public and are selling products on your behalf. Suffice it to say, I will not be spending a dime at this Sephora location ever again.

Most of the samples were ruined or missing, and so were the products themselves. We came looking for 2 specific things but unfortunately they were out of stock. The lady working there was too busy enjoying her snacks to see if any other location had it or if they had any similar profits so we ended up having to buy it online. It's best to go to another location unless you're already here for something else.
