I am currently recovering from surgery so getting around is a bit difficult right now. This pharmacy is conveniently located on the first floor of the Johns Hopkins medical facility in White Marsh. In addition to having medical prescriptions and assistive devices, they also have a decent assortment of snacks and beverages. While they staff couldn't help me with what I needed, they still gave me their undivided attention and provided excellent customer service!

My fiancé and I try to use this pharmacy out of convenience but there is zero customer service. I tried to ask a question and got attitude. The put two prescriptions back after not even notifying us they were ready for pickup so we have to wait another day to get medication. They're constantly out of medication as well. If you have a chance go to another pharmacy where you'll get helpful people and not what I guess they call customer service here. Or at least please train your staff. Thankfully, after checking all the smaller coolers in the checkout lane, I found a Pepsi. Shopping for this long is thirsty work. We're doing a major Christmas shopping extravaganza with my mom and we've already been here for two hours. I was able to find all the things I wanted though, including a $20 immersion blender. This is the third one we've had in ten years. At this price I won't feel so sad when it breaks, too. Not the worst Christmas shopping trip at Target, but more open registers would be welcomed.

He threw the 49 cents difference at me and barked, "We don't do that here". Safeway: "We guarantee the accuracy of our electronic checkout system. Safeway will give you the item free, if the price on their detailed receipt is different (higher or lower) as shown on the shelf price tag. Limit of one. Used the seafood counter for Super Bowl get together and while the shrimp were cooked perfectly and food tasted amazing they "forgot" they had to make 2 platters not just one. So had to wait for that to cook then they couldn't find a platter to use with the shrimp so just asked them to bag. Again ... sad. This store has the taste and the quality just need to find the employees that actually care and want to work.

Anytime I need a refill, I submit it on the app...and it goes through, but then gets rejected by the pharmacy with no explanation and says I have to call. So then I call...wait an hour...hour and a half...sometimes more (don't select the callback option, they will not call you back). When they finally answer they have no reason why it was rejected, and it finally gets filled, then I gotta wait 1+ hours in the drive through or inside just to pick up. Then repeat the process next month until all my refills are gone and I can finally go to a different pharmacy.

However, it is so frustrating when you are in a line of 2 cars picking up prescriptions, and there is a 35 minute wait. They usually have the 2nd lane closed and 1 poor employee is handling the drive through and the inside line. Therefore everybody waits forever. They need to hire more pharmacy technicians! I have been there when no one is in front of me but still I sit at the window or 15 minutes before I see anyone. I pushed the button and hear, I'll be right there, but they aren't. When I go in the store it is a better experience everywhere except at the pharmacy! There can still be long lines, insane waits, and a level of incompetency that is unbelievable. I have to deal with them as CVS does not seem to be any better at all so I have to put up with it, but It's so frustrating! If I was the manager I'd hire more techs, have both drive through lanes open with a sign that says, "If you need to discuss something with the pharmacy, please go into the store." The outdoor lanes should be for quick pick-ups and limited to 3 questions!

I said thank you and zero acknowledgment again. I immediately asked another associate for the deli manager and complained. I'm in otter belief that this person is still working there. His attitude was awful and I'm sure I'm not the first person to complain. This guy should not be interfacing with people.

The store itself is clean and organized and well maintained. A employee on 9/21 at 2:30pm working hard pushing a cart full of inventory had a smile and greeted customers passing by. Wish I knew her name but 30's dark hair. Miss Josie the cashier was so pleasant and polite. She even went out of her way to double check a price on her own to be sure for me and make sure I knew about my points and explain some of those perks . The price check by way was a quick response not long waiting. The manager came over polite also with a smile. I'd like to hope Weis is taking care of their employees and these are happy employees because it was a pleasant environment. Otherwise they lucked out and hired a group of great people. There was 1 Pharmacist working, 2 technicians and then the owner came out when a line developed (who is a pharmacist as well) 2- they have DME such as walker, knee roller, crutches etc.. 3- according to the law & advertising they can give vaccines 4-have a small supply of OTC items made by "health mart " & some brand name items 5- staff seemed overwhelmed with the amount of rxs they were filling when I stepped up to counter to purchase 2 over the counter items and told me they would be with me soon. About 2 min later I was waited on & that was when owner came out to help get the line behind me down and the people sitting in seats waiting finished(I hope) Overall it's a small store ok for general needs. If you need DME billed I'd call first. The staff seems friendly. I can't attest to their pharmacy service only report what I observed.

The problems with this store are not local. Meaning I've been to a LOT of CVS s in Md over the…read moreyears, because they take my insurance, or I would go elsewhere. Most of the issues result from company policy. The company went from trying to be open 24 hours with locations everywhere and with insufficient staffing to accomplish the task. Legal action happened as a result. Instead of hiring more staff now they close for 30 minutes so the current one can get a break and reduced their hours. This location is one of the few that I've seen that HAS a public bathroom. This was my primary pharmacy for 4 years. Most of them are nice, considerate, and compassionate, and some of them still remember me after moving away for 3 years and only coming in intermittently because the one I switched to in my area are twice as slow with half of the business and most of them seem bothered that they have to help you. I've never felt that way at the Nottingham store. I had to go back there recently because my pharmacy couldn't refill my meds due to shortages. My local CVS didn't call me, or otherwise attempt to talk to me. I checked the app and it went from available Monday, to being on hold, with no supply. They didn't call other stores for me and I can't- they won't tell me, company policy due to theft. I still haven't heard from them. My doctor sent my following month Rx to Nottingham and I got it the same day, and the person at the register remembered me, explained about supply issues and that they too had just gotten in back in stock. Anyway, all pharmacies are overworked. They have to deal with your doctor, your insurance company and then you, they are understaffed and underpaid and under-appreciated. They usually never catch up no matter how hard they work and yet CVS corporate doesn't understand why people don't want to work there. I would give the store higher based on that information but they are the ones that pay for the company's policies but that isn't fair either. Thus my 3 stars.
