There are so many Publix stores to choose from in our area but this one will remain our go-to…read more This store is clean and well kept and the shelves are well stocked. We utilized the online 'list' from the Publix site to shop for our weekly groceries. This puts all of our chosen grocery items in order by isle which makes it really quick and easy to shop! 95% of our items are from their BOGO sales, which we love! Our cashier was Riley who was working hard and very friendly! So was his co-worker who bagged our groceries perfectly. Thank you for consistently great experiences here!

Every aisle is always polished to a high sheen. Every shelf has product on it, and other words, they are always in stock. Sometimes the prices on a few things are a little bit high, but there are things here that you can get at this particular store that you can't say another Publix or another grocery chain. I just enjoy shopping here because they back their food. If you have a problem with the food they'll replace it no questions asked even if you cook it and you overcook it and it comes out crummy. You bring it back to the store and they will either refund you or give you a replacement. They always have great customer service, friendly staff members who are willing to actually walk you to a product. There's always plenty of parking spaces. The one thing that I think that they should concentrate on a little bit more is to have more handicap parking spaces. I myself, I am handicapped and I had to park a distance away. There's always someone in the parking lot cleaning gathering carts and making sure the carts are clean when they put them for the next person to use.

I never had issues with the cashiers. They are just happy to work, happy to do their jobs. They have good customer service skills. Well ever since the deli runs out of their fried chicken, I started to order their fried chicken for pick up. They add an extra $2 or so but it is worth it to me. Their prices for meats, chicken, fruits, and vegetables are too high for me even though I own many properties. Their quality and service are stellar. I just cannot afford to shop here all the time lol Be careful in the parking lot. People speed like bats out of hell and do not stop for you or for young kids. They will however stop for a shopping cart but that is because they don't want their car to be ruined. Watch over your kids very very closely.

Everything body care related was $4.95 and I mean everything! There was a 24 item limit per person so thankfully there were two of us. I got so many Christmas gifts out here and spent far less than I normally would have. Had there been not this sale. The staff was so welcoming. They even recommended a few things and even suggested other items of course that were on sale. I appreciated that but my main focus was the body care lol. I will definitely be back.

The store, like all other BB&W stores is very crowded with not much room to get around. Plenty of staff available walking around should you need assistance. I love me some BB&W but only go when they are having a sale. Recommend best time to come is when the mall first opens for less of a crowd.
