It is interesting how each Walgreens in various towns can be completely different. Some are fully stocked while others don't even carry certain items. The staff at this Walgreens were very helpful and efficient. The location is easy to get in and out of if traffic off the highway isn't heavy. I had an appointment for a vaccine. I arrived on time. There were 20 people in line and four people behind the counter. Only 1 person was actually doing anything the other three were just standing around. Everyone in line was in the same boat. When I got to the counter, the pharmacy closed. There were at least 10 people behind me. Walgreens has been like this for months and the state has already fined them for this behavior. Walgreens sucks. I'll never go back. read more

Your typical Walgreens pharmacy. They have everything you need as with any Walgreens. The cashiers were patient. It's Friday night and they have their fair share of characters to deal with. I was watching first hand as there was a line. It did go quickly but it was also comical. A woman in front of me had the cashier ring up her sodas and she paid for it and had him out them in a bag. Then she takes a couple items on the counter and proceeds to try to walk out with them. The cashier noticed and told her he did not ring them up. She played dumb saying ok. The clerk did well in keeping his composure with this cook. Pleasant staff. Store seemed clean. They had some good sales. read more

Worst Walgreens experience ever. You couldn't pay me to go back to this mismanaged location. Being understaffed is one thing, but telling customers it'll be 5, 10, 20 more minutes for their scripts over and over AND OVER (for like... an hour!) again is unacceptable. Just give a realistic time estimate so people can plan accordingly. Also, if you're understaffed, maybe don't make appointments for vaccinations that you can't honor in a timely manner. Speaking to a manager on-site did nothing but garnish a half-hearted apology. Steer clear if you can. I'm wouldn't send my worst enemy to this raggedy location. Never again!! read more

This is a review of the pharmacy. Never ever ever ever again. We did deal with one lovely young woman on a problem we were having with a prescription, but then she left and her replacement was an ice queen. Sorry but she was. We spent a stressful hour waiting while she took care of other customers with no explanation why ours was taking so long, and it was clear that we were annoying her by asking. We needed the medication and knew we were coming up against closing time, and didn't know if the problem with our order was being resolved. An explanation would have gone a long way. I don't usually leave reviews like this, and I don't know if the problem was that one woman or Walgreens being understaffed or not training people well. But if you are feeling sick or under stress somehow don't go here. I see that I'm not alone in leaving a negative review. read more

Walgreens dispensed the wrong medication to me, today. The medication that they dispensed could have caused severe adverse reactions. Not only were they not profusely apologetic, but they made me wait in line, again, to speak with the pharmacist. read more

This evening was the last time I will be accepting unprofessional, subpar service. CVS will be getting all of my business from now on. Not even worth my time to elaborate...spare yourself the effort and go somewhere where you can get courteous, thorough service. read more

Staff are really friendly but to management: for God's sake hire more cashiers. There is ALWAYS a long line and one cashier. People need the jobs and the company makes plenty of money. Stop being greedy! read more

My daughter's pediatrician placed and order to the pharmacy. I went to the pharmacy yesterday to pick it up. I gave them my daughter's name (since she is an infant), and her date of birth. The lady could not find my daughter by her name but by her date of birth. The lady then says for me to hold on and she talks with the pharmacist. I had given her my health insurance card since my daughter is under me. She tells me that my daughter is not covered and my daughter needs her own insurance card. I explained to her my daughter is under me, she is an infant and she does not have one. In a nut shell, I was unable to get her prescription. I come inside and speak to the pharmacist. He explains to me that my daughter needs her own insurance card where they cannot look up my daughter. I am upset at this moment because I had to get out of my vehicle, I have a sick infant in my vehicle and I have gotten prescriptions before with other pharmacies such as Walmart and CVS. I never ever had this problem. I have been to heart specialist, different doctors with only my card and I never had a problem. Now all of a sudden I cannot get her medicine. I asked if he can look her up and he said his system is not set up that way. Now I am confused. I explained how is it a heart specialist doctor can look it up with my card since she is under me but he cannot. I was upset, not yelling and said how can a specialist find the information but not a mickey mouse place like Walgreens and other pharmacies could find this information. I then called my daughter's doctor and she could not understand because even she can see my daughter is under me. The pharmacist continued to ask for my daughter's client ID number. Now I am getting antsy because I need my child's medication. The girl tells me they sell it over the counter. I cannot just buy anything for my daughter because of her heart issues among other things. I am upset because I cannot call my insurance company because it is closed and my daughter is not getting what she needs. The pharmacist then explains if I get a client id number call it in then I can get her medicine. I asked if my husband can pick it up and he says yes. Fast forward to today. I call my insurance company and they did not understand why Walgreens did not accept my card since she is under me. I explained the entire situation and they said she is under me and they can bill it that way. I asked for her client id number and they gave it to me. I asked if she needs an insurance card and they said no. I call Walgreens and give them the information. I explain my husband will pick it up. My husband goes to Walgreens and says our daughter's name and date of birth. The lady states to him "Oh I thought you were here to beat me up". My husband is confused and said no I am here for my daughter's medicine. She then goes on and states to my husband "well your wife was here yesterday and I offered to pay for the medicine, she was upset because she failed to have your daughter's information which as a mother I do not understand how do you not have information on your child" and continues to talk to my husband. My husband is just listening at this point. She continues to speak with my husband for at least 9 minutes. Why was this necessary? Why would she say to my husband Oh I thought you were here to beat me up? Why would she criticize my motherhood? My daughter is a miracle baby and I am highly offended she said that. Again, why would she tell my husband anything that transpired yesterday. Why would she speak to him for 9 minutes? Just give the medicine and go. She was not nice with me yesterday nor did she offer to pay for anything. I have money, it is the principal of the insurance. Going forward, I will NOT do business with Walgreens and I will let every single website that I can write a review on, know exactly what happened. This is poor service to me and I do not appreciate it at all. read more

This was my go to neighborhood store until the management started hiring disrespectful and incompetent children to provide horrible customer service. I have anxiety and ptsd and because of a confrontation with a new employee stemming from hey general dismissive nature and what can only be described as laziness, which left me very vulnerable and threatened considering the security guard was new too and didn't even recognize me as someone that comes in multiple times a day for the 3 or 4 years that this has been my neighborhood store without every having a situation where I read verbally bagged in front of other customers /my neighbors. The sad thing is that the morning staff is very pleasant, but you go at night and you fell like you might actually get robbed inside the store or in the parking lot..... Really dissaponted in this part experience though, I was able to look past all the other problems. Someone in management needs to be fired, as well as the high on drugs night staff. read more
