AVOID like the plague if going for a passport photo. To say that the girl taking the photo is The Ray Charles of photography wouldn't be too far off. You're seated with a white projector screen behind you, the flattering overhead fluorescent lights above and she's standing about 10ft away. Without a flash, the shadows on your face from harsh lighting along with the angle taken by an inexpensive digital camera and you've been had. Knowing I was in a hurry, and having seen their printer spit out the photo, she kept me waiting 20 minutes as she walked away to do something else. It would have taken all of 45 seconds to check out, yet stuck waiting. The store was virtually empty, other associates doing nothing and she's running her mouth just a few feet away. I'd NEVER employ someone like this, and if they're going to take a photo, they need to learn how to do it correctly. Epic FAIL! read more

I love their PHARMACY and the people that work there and my insurance pays fully for all my prescriptions there

I sent my daughter in to pick up my order in the photo department. The associate told my daughter that she did not have my order. My daughter relayed that the associate was impatient and rude. I then called and spoke with Veronica, who may or may not have been the same associate, who was also impatient and rude. She asked me what I had ordered and started rattling off poster sizes. I told her I had ordered a 12X18 and she promptly stated they don't make that size in posters and reiterated that they do not have my order. I read her the email that was sent to me that my order was ready, that I had already paid for it, and that I ordered online and it was shipped to the store for pick up. Veronica then changed her tune and was polite and told me that she did have my order. I told her I didn't want to send my daughter back to pick it up if she wasn't sure and she said she was holding it in her hand. She didn't apologize for her mistake or her rudeness or for wasting my daughter's time. My daughter went to pick up the order and said she didn't see the associate who had been rude to her and the associate who checked her out apologized for the mistake. read more

If you are looking for a helpful, friendly pharmacy to assist you in getting your prescriptions transferred when you move 700 miles away from home, you better go somewhere else. Once I get this last mess straightened out this morning, I will be looking for a friendly hometown pharmacy. The big corporate ones have been ruined by the "government rule". read more

Poorly managed, not safe to shop in at night, prices are ridiculous, they are taking advantage because it's convenient. This company has become more concerned about their bottom line and forgotten about the real life consumer and they're EMPLOYEES!! read more
