This is our locally owned pharmacy in town which I know is a rare find anymore. Sadly, I admit…read morethat I have fell victim to always using Rite Aid which is across the street even though I try to frequent the mom and pop stores. This pharmacy has been around for as long as I can remember. What brought me here was, believe it or not, Rite Aid didn't have the medicine I needed for my litle girl. This place is cool. When you walk in, you feel like you are transported back in time. It just gives off the old time 60's feel of what a pharmacy used to be before the big chains came into the picture. Now, I wasn't around in the 60's but I have seen movies...haha. Anyway, it is a small store but has all the remedies you would need from diaper rash medicine to ear drops to...well, you get it. The pharmacists themselves are in the rear of the store and simply behind a counter from you without being seperated by glass and partitions like at the chain stores. They staff are very friendly as well. As a matter of fact, the one lady working actually quit Rite Aid to work here. Love it! It is a great locally onwed store and now that I have been there for a prescription and am in there system, I may have to only go here from now on. Mom and Pop places.....you rock!

I find the employees to be rude, curt, & have even heard them mocking me behind the counter as I walk away!!! Unbelievable? Believe it. Also, the drive-thru takes incredibly long- you might as well go inside. I just always get the impression that the employees have forgotten who pay their salary, which are the customers who patronize the store. Perhaps they should do a customer service review/class for their employees. Another crazy thing: they advertise that they have a fax service, but at least 2ce in the last 2 months I've had sensitive documents faxed there to my attention & when I went to pick them up, they said they were not there (despite the confirmation from the sender). They bluntly said, "We probably threw them away." Wha?? Support your local "mom & pop" enterprises, but be ready for some bumps in the road here.

I never mind the wait when there is one, because I know they are taking the same time with each patient as they do me. I will come here every time I need to get blood work done. I have also been here for MRI and CT Scans. The same respect given across the board from all staff.

If I could not give any stars I would! the check in system is a mess, people have been here at…read more7:30am and having to make repeat appointments here at the place meanwhile people made appointments at 10 and are getting called first. It's absurd, what's the point in making appointments if they aren't honored? my advice is to go ANYWHERE else, if you can't then I recommend coming in 10mins before your appointment and pray for the best. The women are rude, they don't care if you've been waiting and they've skipped you. A patient told them about all of us being skipped and she ignored her and told her to go to the appointed room. Its a joke, save your time and go somewhere else. An older man with an oxygen tank just said he could figure out the check in system and she said "oh" and gave him a polite smile then left.
