I LOVED Sheetz. We were visiting New Castle from Las Vegas and we don't have anything like it. Generally food from a convenience store here is dodgy. Sheetz had delicious food of all sorts. The employees were friendly and helpful. We were newbs and it showed. I thoroughly enjoyed my weeks stay because Sheetz was right by our hotel and we could grab a snack, drink or whatever we wanted. I will always stop at a Sheetz from now on if I come across one in my travels east. read more

So stopped at Sheetz for a couple of hotdogs. I ordered, picked up & left with our goodies. Fortunately, since my hubby wasnt driving he went ahead and opened his. Loaded with onions and it is not an understatement that he HATES onions. Ordered chili only, said so right on their printed out sticker. So turn around, I take it back in and run into the manager. Told him the no onions saga and first, after me telling him I did not order onions, he has to read the order to make sure I wasn't lying I guess. That was a little insulting. Then he takes it, has them make another and hands it to me with not a single word out of his mouth. No sorry for messing up, sorry for the inconvenience, no nothing. I wouldn't have been surprised if it hadn't been the manager, but not a word. No excuse for that kind of customer service from the manager. Very disappointed. read more

The food is always good here. I like ordering the iced coffee and milkshake. The staff is very friendly and are always in a great mood. The bathroom could be cleaner some days. I enjoy when it's warm out being able to sit outside. read more

Very beautiful store, got to talk to some of the employees and they are all experienced employees of the company from other stores. I understand that the store is literally brand new but waiting 40 minutes for a burrito is kind of ridiculous. Hopefully with time things will run more smoothly in the store. Several people were standing around for a long time waiting for their food. After listening to the employees argue, other customers complain about the wait, and receiving semi warm food, I think I may have to wait a while to go here again. I've never experienced this at the other Sheetz in New Castle or even anywhere else like GetGo or Tic Toc but it's probably just because this store is so new and everyone is still figuring everything out in a new building and whole new setup. So I won't give it a bad rating but I can't give this place a 4 or 5 star......yet. read more
