Between older kids with bottomless stomachs, rising costs, and trying to save money for large future goals, we knew it was time to start checking out which wholesale club was best for us. We shopped the competitors, and one was too far and one was more money. But Sam's Club in North Charleston checked all the boxes: Decent distance from our apartment, great services, a membership sale, and better prices for most of our essentials. This location is super clean! Well stocked. And the staff was super friendly! We got lunch for our family of 4 at the cafe and spent less than $14, which is wild, and the food was great. When we first got there it was pretty quiet and there weren't any lines, but by the time we checked out it was definitely busier. But thankfully, we decided to give "Scan and Go" a chance while we did our first shopping trip, and it couldn't have been easier! And the huge plus was that while everyone else stood in line, we just finished our transaction on our phone and headed towards the exit arches where we were on our way! I'm not sure exactly why we waited so long to join, but we're feeling like legit, responsible adults now, so that's a win. Might have to go get a mini-van soon...

It's always complete chaos with tons of people, insanely long checked out areas. People just "hang out and talk in the isles, where it's impossible to maneuver your huge trolley. Also the bathrooms are inevitably disgusting. Every time I go. Like that seems to be a management issue. Clean those restrooms. Ick.

This GNC is located in the Northwoods Mall, near the food court. It's a pretty busy area of the…read moremall and a busy store! I've been here a few times to pick up protein bars, which is usually the reason I visit GNC. I'm a distance runner and eat a lot of bars before and after runs to stay healthy, energized, and recovered from workouts. This store always has a great selection or protein bars and many on sale. With GNC clearance sale items, you don't have to worry about the dates if you plan to eat the bars (or use the items) soon. The clearance sticker has the item's best by date on it, and it's always a few months out- and my protein bars never last that long. The staff members are nice enough and always greet you when you walk in and ask if you need any help. If I'm in the mall to shop for something specific or just browse, I always stop in.

India replied that the ladies room is closed. The woman politely asked why there is no sign. India told the woman to leave the store! Pitiful and unprofessional customer service especially from the store manager. Also, when I approached the cashier ( which was the son of the store manager India) he was sitting in a chair. Now if that wasn't enough, I noticed there were signs stating that ice is not free and a cup of is expected to be paid for. Anyone who resides in SC knows that the temperature is brutal in the summer. Where is the customer courtesy and customer service? I will not spend my $ at that location again. So she waited in line for food but the people were to busy talking and my grandma said that she needed some ice and she goes over there and she wasn't sure if your supposed to get a cup of ice so she told the lady excuse me she looked at her and kept talking so we walked out.
