I get to the window and hand the person my ID and my prescription. He looks at it and says "I don't know what this is" and asks someone else inside for help. They closed the window and when they came back they said it wasn't ready yet and to circle back around the building one time and it should be ready then. Kinda seemed like a more professional way of saying "we haven't started it yet, go get in the back of the line again." When I got back to the front, they had my prescription in hand and the interaction was very quick. Point is, my prescription was very simple and likely could have been figured out and filled while i waited at the window the first time. After all, the first time in line I waited 30 minutes and there were only about 5 cars in front of me from the start. In total, I ended up waiting 55 minutes in line.
