They also have a social media that shows their promotions every week. The photo I have picture from a few months ago is an overhead dryer that was 60 bucks that they had on a back-to-school special for $10. This week they have the same dryer on sale for $20 which is still a good deal. The limit for those kinds of items is a quantity of one per purchase. Their other deals are really good depending on your needs so I find myself stopping in and checking to see what they have in addition to filling in my normal beauty supply needs.

I was so impressed with Angie's knowledge and skill that I made sure she would be the advisor to complete my makeup service for the wedding I was attending. Angie did a FABULOUS job! I'm creeping up on 50 years old and have minimal to no makeup experience. I received so many compliments and felt the most confident and prettiest I've felt in a long time. The only unfortunate thing is that I live 2,200 miles away from this Sephora location, and I'm sad Angie won't be able to do my makeup again! Hey Sephora, send Angie to California sometime! I'd love for her to glam me up again!

My local Sally's Beauty Supply experience was awesome. I hadn't been in one in over 25 years, since…read moreI lived in more metropolitan areas that have independent "beauty supply store" offerings. The young lady that helped me, Kyndra, was a professional, knowledgeable, and just a delight! I give my experience 5 stars, for sure. The chain as a whole gets a lower ranking, however, thus the final Yelp! ranking above. Sally's is a nice beauty supply store for seasoned professionals or novices needing over-the-counter assistance. Their in-store customer service is impeccable due to the product knowledge of their staff. I give 3 stars for two specific reasons. #1 The inventory is limited by the small footprint of the store and is not displayed well. There is a three-aisle design for product shelves, with a front cash register area right as you enter. It is VERY compact and is almost the same as any Sally's Beauty Supply that I have ever been in. The layout limits the amount of product they can sell and how it looks (read messy/cluttered). #2 Lack of products for ethnic beauties. Perhaps this is due in part to the lack of space, but Sally's storefront has a very limited amount of offerings of beauty brands that cater to ethnic consumers with thicker, curlier, coarser, or less oily hair. In 2022 this is unacceptable. They also lack a variety of clearly marked plant-based and cruelty-free products. So although they have done well with training their staff and surviving in the industry over many years, I believe that Sally Beauty Supply needs to "get with the program" and improve in a few areas in order to become a 5 star establishment.
