Walgreens - Closed sign - Drugstores Near Me - Milford, Ohio

I drove 35 minutes to get my prescription to be told it wouldn't be there until Monday. I went home and got a notification that my prescription was ready for pickup. I called and it was after I wasted an hour of time and gas plus I need this medication. This beyond ridiculous. read more

Just like the personality and humanity of the workers. Just like cold and cruel and they don't really seem to care about their patients at all in a basic empathy type manner. Sad read more

Can I give no stars? I've had to transfer to Walgreens because my insurance no longer was accepted by Kroger. I attempted four times to get all my meds transfered over, each time to get told it was never sent. I literally had to drive to Kroger to get proof it was sent. After this every single month they do not fill my med because they run the wrong insurance first. I have to call four or five times only to be out on hold and then hung up on. I then have to call back and get a quick, sorry, we are busy. I was waiting for a refill today that was sent in at 4 pm. I called three times to make sure it was filled, only to be placed on hold and hung up on. Finally reached them and they said one med would be filled. Meanwhile they had another prescription for me for three days and still hasn't filled it. I had to call back again to make sure they would fill the other one as well. I checked the app and it said it would be ready tomorrow! There is an issue every single month. I don't understand if it's understaffed or just incompetence at this point. I've complained several tim s for it to get brushed off. If you can use any other pharmacy, trust me, it's worth it. read more

This is a horrible place. Never have the medication for my mom sick with cancer. Tell her to come back then refuse to refill. Lady is extremely rude and not an ounce of compassion. Sketchy store. read more

Incompetent staff. Explicitly said medication would be ready on a particular day but was not. This caused me to cancel flights since I was waiting for this to be filled before I left. Pharmacist was uncooperative and would assume no responsibility for their mistake even tho he had discretion to do so. The 20 minute hold while on the phone was a nice bonus! read more

The same young male pharmacist has literally told me wrong information last month that caused me to be super late to get my medication because he said he didn't have the prescription when turns out it was there the entire time and now when I call back to inquire about my prescription he's incredibly rude impatient and spoke to me like I was stupid causing the situation to escalate. He clearly needs more training in customer service AND checking to ensure that peoples's prescriptions actually aren't there before he sends them on a goose chase contacting all of your doctors just to find out that it was two days ago and he was just rude to you and wrong because he simply didn't know better. Unacceptable to talk to patients with that level of hostility and inconsideration. I'm an incredibly soft-spoken person, but his level of arrogance and abrasive demeanor made me want to ask for a supervisor, which conveniently wasn't there. I will be following up on this, but I expect improvement from this Walgreens. read more

Signed up for a flu shot appointment a week ago. Did all the paperwork on line. And, signed up for text alerts. Got here early. Shots are running 1.5 hours behind - no notification. And, I have to fill out paperwork because the online paperwork "doesn't count". So frustrating!!!!!!! And, I left without my shot. The pharmacy staff were not kind. Meijer - here I come. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. The pharmacy staff that works the window are rude and incompetent. I have watched the last three visits where people in front of me were told their prescriptions were extremely expensive when they usually pay $0 for them. Well today was my turn. I was told my prescription would be $900 and that if I disagreed with that I had to call my insurance and figure it out. I called and it is supposed to be $0 just like it was the last two times I had it filled. But guess what, they close at 6pm so now I get to go back and argue about it another day. And then I had another script to pick up but was told there was no record of me ever taking that. And they have filled that one for years now. But the lady acted like I don't even know what I take. They just clearly do not care at all. I will be sending my prescriptions else where and I suggest everyone stay away from this place. Not to mention it is extremely dangerous to get out of their parking lot. read more

I've had 2 really bad experiences in a row with this pharmacy. The staff that work the window are rude and incompetant. The prescriptions both times were 35-50 mins later than promised. Which means the last time I waited in my vehicle in the lot for an hour sick and my wife waited in the lot for me the second time. This time there were directions on my medication and I tried calling 8 times. Call #8 resulted in another imcompetent employee placing me on a long hold which eventually rang again 15 times without answer and it hung up on me! I WILL NOT BE USING THIS LOUSY PHARMACY ANY MORE. 1 Star in this rating scale is too much. read more
