zero stars for the pharmacy!! went there to get a script filled and they wouldnt give me the paper script on a person i was getting the prescription for, accused me of lying about picking up the script like i was looking to score on a script of anitbiotics!! and they told me that it was a hippa violation but was able to talk about the person and the medication they were on with me!!! makes no scense....then the head of the pharmacy told me she would correct them and give me the script(never did) then a week later we needed a new script for someone else and then the lead pharmasist changed her tune and said it was a hippa violation and wouldnt give me the paper script claiming hippa again after talking about the person with me again.....complete idiots and very unprofessional the leader of the pharmacy quit your job now as you clearly dont know what hippa is and should have fired your staff for accusing me of being a drug seeker just because i wasnt dressed very well due to being just as ill as the person i was picking up the script for shame on you...never going there again. i had to give them a star so the would post this unreal read more

Horrible pharmacist!!! Would give minus stars if I could. We are from out of town. My husband was in terrible pain from an amputated finger. A prescription was called in yesterday early afternoon by my doctor to help. However, Walgreens hadn't looked when I got there at 4:45 pm. Why?? Then, after asking them, the Walgreens app quickly said ready - filled 7/12/2021. Again, why???? However, they said give them 15-20 minutes and it would be ready. That's fine. I assumed they had now at least looked at it. I would wait. At 5:14 pm, they called me to the counter and said the prescription was wrong - "not signed" and would not give ANY further details on issue. I understand and respect pharmacy law and I'm not stupid so proper documentation wasn't my issue. I figured that out myself. I hadn't realized it was a controlled substance in Michigan when it was not in Florida and Walgreens needed more documentation. That's all he had to say at 4:45 pm and it would have been fine. The real issue was customer service and sheer empathy. He waited until the doctor was closed to even look at it when everything appeared ok. Had they looked at 4:45 pm, I could have resolved before doctor closed and got it filled. Seemed totally intentional, lazy and non customer service oriented and his people were catching his seriously bad attitude. Today my doctor sent in what they needed early in the morning to avoid time issues. I knew because my doctor sent me a portal note time stamped. Then, the Walgreens app said it wouldn't be ready until 5:34 pm. (again after doctors hours). I feared a repeat. I called so we wouldn't have the same problem and his attitude was atrocious!! He said he "it wasn't there (which was a lie) and he would "get to it when he got to it". He was just nasty!!! While waiting yesterday, he did the same to others. I said forget it and I would take it elsewhere. Even had issues with this guy's sloppy work and poor attitude when I got to Walmart. He had erroneously and ironically marked it as filled at Walgreens so Walmart couldn't fill it at first. Walmart was helpful though and called Walgreens to get them to fix the wrong record. DON'T use this Walgreen if you want "health and happiness" per their motto. I heard 4 people say they were moving their meds in the 30 minutes they had me waiting yesterday. How many more have been treated this way? They really need to fire him!!!!! I worked in as a VP of customer support at a very large company and I sooooo would have reprimanded him and then fired him if he didn't change. If this happens to you, call corporate Walgreens customer service and open a complaint case. read more

I enjoy shopping here; I always seem to find everything I need (and even more). My insurance was not covering one of my (expensive) prescriptions; the pharmacy manager went above and beyond her duties. She even called me at home to let me know what my insurance company was saying. Even when they're busy, they always take the time to answer my questions. The store staff have always been polite and helpful; asking if I'm finding everything I need. The coupons and rewards program really help financially. read more

I would give a zero. This place never gets my prescriptions on time nor the right ones. I have eaten dinner In The drive thru because it takes that long to figure out what's going on. None of them are educated Enough to give u answers to healthcare questions and the dress code is close to hot topic read more

I love Walgreens but tonight I was given poor service from a cashier. Very rude and clearly did not want to be there. I was buying cold and flu medicine and dressed in my jammies so I clearly wasn't feeling well and not in the mood for her bad buzz. read more

They are always trying to give me one month's worth of anything even though my Rx is for 3 months and a LOT cheaper that way...example Rx cost $212/1 month (retail $400), $248/3 months (retail $1900)....WHY would I get one month worth? But that's what they only seem to fill them, so every time I go in I have to wait for them to fix it. I think one out of 10 times I can go in and have it ready without making them resubmit it. Like someone else said, funky hair colors, piercings, dreadlocks, and other crazy unprofessional looks abound. They are as sloppy at filling the Rx's as they look. Fortunately there is usually one person that seems to be able to fix all the mistakes. read more
