My son almost lost his life from this horrendous practice. I am so riddled with guilt for ever…read morebringing my child here and falling for the facade. The first visit was wonderful and we fell in love with the office, certain that our experiences going forward would be of quality and compassion. Our follow up visits proved this to be wrong as Dr. displayed a tremendous lack of time management, communication, and patient consideration that left my son traumatized, hospitalized, and suffering. Our experience was so bad that it's unbelievable. In March, Dr. performed work that was never discussed and on a different tooth than planned. I paid cash. She did so without receiving any informed consent, offering alternative options, or having any dentist-patient discussion with me. I made a scene over this in the room as she was drilling into my sons two teeth that I had no knowledge of and she shrugged me off. My HIGHLY cooperative son screamed out in pain. Dr. displayed a sincere lack of empathy and ability to work with children, sternly yelling at my son to "stop crying because you're scaring the other kids." Due to my son crying in pain, she would only see him under GA. Our sons pediatrician said to postpone until given a proper patient-dentist discussion given the risks involved with general anesthesia. In June, this work became severely infected. After calling the office, they ignored all of my phone calls and instead texted me that they would not help because he isn't a good fit on behalf of me advocating for my child. They even ironically denied that they did the work in the first place- of course, seeing how it was done without consent. Absolutely dumbfounded, I had to find another dentist. Once we did, they confirmed the filling was drilled into the nerve of the tooth which is what caused his life threatening pain/infection and should have never been performed. Dr. Would have known this if she had taken the advice of the three dentists we saw prior to her, but in her words "they are general dentists and don't know anything about kids teeth." After refreshing their memory with legal action, they magically recalled doing the work and said they'd help him under GA in 6 months. Apprehensively and with limited access to dental care in the area, I asked them to schedule that while I continued to look for something sooner. Two weeks go by and they send me an email that they have changed their minds, extending his suffering and life threatening infection. Our son, who was once enjoyed the dentist, was traumatized. He refused to let the new dentist even open his mouth, so we had no choice but to opt for GA and all of the risks involved. Due to the placement, my son needed a space maintainer installed as well. 24 hours post surgery, my son became critically dehydrated and hypoglycemic. He was admitted to the hospital and was near coma and seizure levels due to the extensive work needed due to the infected tooth. It took 18 hours of IV's to get him back to baseline. Amidst this suffering, the pediatric dentist office posts on fb that they "love their little patients." What an absolute joke. We sought legal action immediately. Fortunately for this practice, we've decided God will give his final judgement of the unethical, negligent care my unsuspecting 5 year old received. Dr. should be ashamed that she put my child through this and even more ashamed that she failed at her one and only purpose in practice. There are only so many prizes, toys, decorations, and nice hygienists that can distract from the inability to work with normal and cooperative children beyond a simple cleaning. Even more so in times of crisis caused by them. It's one thing to do work without consent- it's another to deny ever doing the work, refuse emergency services, and blatantly disregard a child as a human being. If they felt they could not help, they could have at the very least made accommodations to get him seen at another dentist. As my son sat with a swollen face for 7 weeks caused directly by their own work, it was crickets from them.

I hit a home run finding this dentistry office. I was very impressed, as a mom of three littles,…read morewith the staff, the doctor, the operation, the office, the rooms, the building... everything was magical and impressive. My daughter was swooned, felt comfortable, and can't wait to go back. She left with many goodies and rewards.
