Well the store itself is good , and I have compassion for anyone working retail theses days , so short on help, But there is 1 Employee that ruins everyone that enters the store's day. Her name is Jackie. She has 0 people skills , talks to customers so Rudely . Doesn't even look at them when talking to them in her rude slang language that belongs on the streets. While standing in line each and every customer was offended by her rudeness . Walgreens , you need to talk to her and monitor her behavior . read more

Customer service is terrible. The cashiers act like you are inconveniencing them by going through the drive through. It used to be great. I moved all of my prescriptions here and now I think I will move them out. read more

I use this location to pick up prescriptions at the pharmacy. It's all the way in the back of the store. Normally I use the drive though which is not to bad of a wait and it's nice to save your card on file and they can just charge it. When you go into the location it's a little different. Normally not to busy. If it is busy and your doing a refill and have to wait for it. They don't let you skip the line once it's ready, you have to go all the way to the back of the line and wait again. Worse experience was when it was really busy, and I had to wait in line 3 times because when they said it was ready they messed up. And I had to go to the way back. Finally the gentleman felt bad I was waiting for do long, so when it was finally ready he did let me skip the line. But I was there for 2 hours. EVERYTHING! Customer service is horrible. Pharmacy is trash! Every time I come here I'm here waiting at least 45 minutes. If I try the drive thru it's beyond longer! I wish I could find a different pharmacy but the other ones closer to me either don't carry my prescription or will never have a full monthly supply so I have no choice but this location. Currently waiting in line. Been here since 715. 1 star is being to nice, but can't give half stars... read more

Awfully slow workers. The pharmacy moves at a molasses pace and expect to wait at least 15-20 minutes to pick up a prescription.

I tried calling the Pharmacy four times in the last thee days. I was on hold over 30 minutes each time before I gave up.

NONE of the Walgreens pay their bills on time or in full or EVER! Everything is a negotiation, 6-9 months or longer after you're into a 6 figure receivable they NEVER intended to pay. Not just this location and not the local staffs fault. It's on the corporate level and especially the fraud company formerly called USM and now EMCOR who has billed Walgreens, using my companies name, Possibly/Likely collecting, but we NEVER did the service so we obviously, weren't paid. The only reason I learned of this was from a whistleblower within the company who showed me the evidence! The FEDS should be involved here as it's FRAUD ON SO MANY LEVELS and easy to find. I have the evidence of mine and 1,000's of contractors more have had the same thing happen. NEVER NEVER NEVER DO CONTRACTING WITH WALGREENS OR THEIR CONTRACTOR USM/EMCOR! read more

I stop here frequently for little things I need. I decided to get a flu shot at this pharmacy since I've gotten the flu the past two years. I've never gotten a flu shot before. I started with an online appointment that I scheduled a few days prior. When I got there they didn't have my appointment on file. The girl at the pharmacy said a lot of times the online service doesn't work. I guess this wasn't a big deal since I got in quickly. I'm giving this pharmacy a 2 because it looked dirty, which scared me since I'm getting stuck with a little needle here. There was stuff everywhere, pens and little pieces of paper all over the floor, and it didn't look like there was a counter that didn't have random stuff on it. All the employees behind the counter yelled across the room to each other when they needed things. Seemed a bit unprofessional. The pharmacist that gave me the shot was really friendly and helpful. The room I was brought into was decent. I know I'm not at my medical clinic for this shot, and wasn't expecting a whole lot, but I don't think a clean waiting area is too high of an expectation. read more

I come to this Walgreens frequently since it's close to home. Whenever I come pick up my prescription it's usually busy; waiting time varies. Staff are usually friendly and checks to see if I need help finding things. I do like that this location is open 24 hours! Saved my life a couple of times. read more

The pharmacy drive up window has been closed for over 2 weeks, for no reason I can understand. You have to go into the store and spend 10 minutes standing in line with many people without masks. Service has always been poor, with telephone wait times up to 15 minutes. read more

Came today and they are out of the antibiotic I really need. She said she would call north oaks and see if they have it. I am in the drive up. She asked me to get out of the drive in since i am backing up traffic. I am having knee replacement surgery in a week. I told her I could barely walk, and I was not coming in -- which is why I am in the drive in. Out of a basic antibiotic. I can't stand walgreeens. FL BCBS made me switch from Target. There service is abysmal, and now they run out of basic medication. read more

Came in here having an allergic reaction. The pharmacist was extremely helpful, kind and knowledgable. Staff at this store is very nice. Been to other Walgreens and felt the staff was rude. Especially if you try to check out at the photo counter or cosmetics. This is one of my favorite locations along with Larpentuer/Lexington in Roseville and Wildwood in Mahtomedi. read more

I came here after my husband was released from the hospital to pick up multiple prescriptions. I was shocked by the price of two different insulins bringing the total with insurance to over $900 as my co-pay. I was told by the pharmacist that night to obtain a coupon from the doctor or look for a savings card online, and Walgreens would give me a refund if I returned with a coupon within 7 days. I did just that two days later and was told by a 50ish blonde female pharmacist that since I obtained the savings card two days after I had the prescription filled, they would not honor it. I told her that was what the Walgreens pharmacist told me when I picked up the prescription. After pressing her, she claimed that pharmacist didn't work for Walgreens and was a contracted pharmacist. I told her that did not matter, he was working for Walgreens that night. I then asked her to call the pharmaceutical company and see if they would honor the coupon card given the circumstances, since my husband was not on insulin prior to the hospitalization and I didn't know anything about how expensive insulin was or that there were savings cards/coupons available. She said she would try to have her staff call. I said try or will? She then told me to call the pharmaceutical company. How about that for customer service. Walgreens called and claimed the pharmaceutical company would not honor the card, but who knows if they even called. I did the smart thing and moved all my prescriptions over to CVS. What I have experienced so far is a professional and courteous pharmacy and drugstore, unlike this Walgreens. Stay away from here. I have never been treated so rudely by a pharmacy like this one. read more
