The Pharmacy Manager Adam Lucas in the Malvern Arkansas Store is worthless and they refuse to get rid of him. The other Pharmacist and Techs are not any better either. No one is caring friendly or have compassion at All. This Store in 6 months' time, went from Busy to Well go there and see. They have to close the Drive-Thru now because the business is so slow they don't have but a few employees working in it. Maybe when the Headquarters gets that this store is suffering they will get it together and a clean house. The Best Part of The Story is I found a better Pharmacy and others have 2. So we don't have to suffer from this trainwreck store anymore. That's the best part of Choices. read more

Blah... I am sad to see how this store has helped destroy the main street feel. As Malvern continues to tear down more buildings on Main Street, the streetscape continues to erode and feel more suburban. I guess most people don't care, they just drive by anyway. read more

Ordered a photo canvas for a friend, and I lived about 30 minutes away. They said it would be ready by 6:30 pm so I showed up at 6:40 and the girl hadn't even started working on it. Instead of going back home I waited around for another hour so I wouldn't waste gas going back home and back to Walgreens, and went in after an hour and she still hadn't finished it. I got it after waiting for 2 hours and it was awfully done. The canvas wasn't stretched out it was wrinkled around the edge and they didn't pop one piece in so my friend had to do it for me. I didn't want to wait around for another 2 hours to get it fixed and I needed the gift by the next day so I just took it and left. Very disappointed and upset with the way they handled the situation and how poorly the job was done, and the fact that they gave me the canvas knowing well enough that it was done poorly. read more

We typically eat supper early so we rarely are ordering during peak times. It's only about ten more minutes wait, but a bit frustrating when there's no apparent reason for the delay.
